Key Responsibilities:-

-Content Creation - Research and create scripts for social media banner or videos for marketing campaigns and content calendars.

-Digital Marketing Strategy - Collaborate with team members to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.

-Social Media Management - Develop and manage social media profiles of clients to grow followers, user engagement and brand reputation

-Paid Ads Campaign Management - Designing promotional campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc. to fetch leads for clients with strategic offers

-Reporting & Analysis - Track and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Management.

Excellent Communication Skills in Written and Spoken English

• 2 - 6 years of software development experience in a professional environment
• 2.5 - 3 years of relevant experience in Node.js
• Experience in Android applications, directives, services etc.,
• Experience with Bootstrap 4.x+ (or internal framework)
• Experience in CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, Typescript
• Able to integrate and use external (open source) libraries
• Develop high-performance and scalable APIs to serve clients.
• Experience in the creation of scalable RESTful APIs
• Experience in writing reusable, testable and efficient code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of well-written APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, ability to learn quickly and a willingness to work and add value to the team
• Experience with backend languages (e.g., Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Android, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UIUX design
• Experience in the creation of scalable RESTful APIs
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes
• Good to know cloud technologies like AWS Google Cloud Azure, etc

• Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining production-quality cloud storage solutions within Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure
• Provision and manage storage within Virtual (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc), Windows, and Linux environments
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of storage platforms and related management systems
• Monitor and report on SAN operational health and performance
• Familiarity with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, CIFS, and NFS protocols and management
• Plan and execute SAN zoning configuration changes on Brocade and Cisco MDS technologies
• Plan and execute storage hardware, software, and firmware updates/upgrades
• Troubleshooting any storage-related problems or outages
• Install and configure new storage devices
• Perform capacity analysis/capacity planning, and recommend storage environment improvements
• Create documentation around storage management tasks and procedures
• Cross-train other staff on storage processes and best practices
• Perform capacity analysis on vSphere environments, and recommend changes and enhancements to meet demand
• Perform day-to-day management tasks in vCenter, including vMotion, storage migrations, and P2V
• Knowledge of, and experience implementing VMWare best practices
• Experience supporting a variety of platforms, including at least some of the following: DellEMC Unity, VMAX/PowerMax (this is an important one), Isilon, DataDomain, NetApp
• Supporting and operating platforms with the core principle of “automate everything” at the center of your work

Develop expert-level knowledge of the industry and bring new ideas to the team
Support in user testing and research activities to uncover further customer and business needs

• Deep knowledge of design and the process, including fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch
• Strong problem solving skills
• An understanding and ability to create 3D content and apply it to mixed realities
• A trailblazer in visual and interaction design creation
• Brilliant design portfolio to exhibit your work and design process 
• A high level of comfort building wireframes and prototypes based on functional requirements
• Ability to work with constantly changing priorities and tasks 
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Empathy—and not just for users
• Abilities to gracefully give and receive critical design feedback

Bonus Points for: 

• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Accessibility (WCAG2.0/Section 508) Guidelines
• Fluency in 3D programs such as Blender or Cinema4D
• Community involvement: workshops, articles, or similar to a Dribble account 
• Familiarization with conducting usability testing and research
