3. Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
4. Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
6. Liaise with company suppliers to arrange collections, deliveries item repairs, correspondence, and email management
7. Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results
8. Help customers register online and process their orders
9. Check product availability for customer orders and order or re-stock items if necessary to satisfy the customer

Sales Strategy & Execution for Non-Retail Sectors
- Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy targeting non-retail sectors, aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, and 3PL, ensuring product-market fit for each segment.
- Establish a clear roadmap to penetrate priority verticals and secure long-term business growth.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Own the P&L responsibility for WMS, TMS, and allied supply chain SaaS solutions in the non-retail sectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring high-value enterprise clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects in key industrial hubs across India.
Industry-Specific Solution Selling
- Understand and address the unique challenges and requirements of each target sector.
- Work closely with the product team to customize solutions, ensuring relevance and value for specific industries.
- Present compelling value propositions, leveraging case studies, ROI analysis, and technical expertise.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, train, and lead a specialized sales team focused on non-retail sectors.
