What you’ll do day to day as a Lead ML Engineer

What you’ll bring to the role
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from leading research institutes.
- Strong working experience in building Speech technologies like ASR, TTS, Diarization, and Speech signals
- Hands-on experience in building end-to-end models using the latest architectures.
- 6+ years of commercial experience in ML solutions and pipelines
- 6+ years of programming experience in Python, Shell scripting, and C/Java
- Hands-on experience in speech processing frameworks such as Kaldi, Espnet, Speech brain, etc.
- Experience with Machine learning and Deep learning libraries such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

About the ML Team
We are a strong 25-member Machine Learning team with a focus on Speech, NLP, and Data platforms. Our main research focus is to drive the contact centers using AI which leads to improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance. Our Machine Learning team pushes the boundaries in understanding the nuances in the conversation AI by processing millions of calls per day and empowering the call centers to improve efficiency.
The Speech team focuses on Speech Recognition, Speaker Diarization, and Speech Signals to understand the nuances in the behavior of the agents. The ML team is at the forefront of publishing our research in international conferences such as Interspeech, Icassp, ICML, and EMNLP AACL, and we encourage our research in the same.
Apart from work, the team loves to collaborate on research initiatives, present the initiatives/findings in internal/external tech conferences, participate in hackathons, and have formal/informal gatherings.

Decarbonic is seeking a highly skilled technical writer with experience in national/public policy drafting to join our team in Nigeria for a 6-month assignment. As a technical writer, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and producing high-quality technical documents that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and interpret technical information and data related to climate change, carbon markets, and sustainable development.
- Develop and draft technical reports, policy briefs, and other technical documents that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.

Job Profile:
The Customer Success Manager will be a global evangelist for the platform and ensure all customers understand the value that the platform offers.
You will be the primary point of contact to ensure customers implement and derive maximum value from the platform.
Owning every aspect of the lifecycle of a customer; working with them through implementation, launch, ongoing account support, and working with the Director of Customer Success to eventually grow the relationship.
Building strong relationships with our customers and influencing key decision-makers to adopt our best practices.
Understanding the specific goals of our individual customers, and how our platform can help them achieve those goals.
Collaborating with the engineering team to communicate the critical priorities of our customers, and to relay back appropriate timelines for completion.

Managing the majority of written and verbal communication with our customers, both when things are going well and when they aren't.

Requirements:
