Senior Frontend Developer

Objectives of this role

● Build high-performing and scalable web applications using MEAN/

React technology

● Boost the performance of existing web applications by debugging and

troubleshooting code errors

● Maintain code standards through extensive research and by the use of

innovation

● Work on the MEAN/ React development alongside a team, and

collaborate with various other departments in the company

● Improve the functionality in the MEAN/React development process

● Develop new features that align with the goals of the project

Responsibilities

● Continually work on the existing codes to improve is functionality using

the MEAN framework

● Monitor and maintain the codes, keeping in mind the code architecture

● Deliver customised solutions, keeping in mind the vision of the project

● Improve the scalability and adaptability of the codes using innovation

and cutting-edge technology in MEAN stack development

● Address and rectify technical issues that may arise in the MEAN

framework

● Save time and resources during the entire lifecycle of the MEAN stack

development process

Required skills and qualifications

● In-depth knowledge of Angular.js React.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and

Node.js

● Keen understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

● Proficiency in version control systems and web development

processes, along with an understanding of security principles

● Ability to work as a team player

● Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a

similar discipline

● Prior experience working as a MEAN/React developer

● Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

● Knowledge of web frameworks like Angular.js/React.js

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language),
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc. 
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. 
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react.js (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
5. Experience : 3-6 years relevant

Requirements:

• Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows.
• Developing user interface components and implementing them with a well-known React.js workflow.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support the applications 

• Design and develop cloud native enterprise applications as per the strategic application roadmap of DSP
• Ensure strict adherence to code quality, coding standards and overall deliverable quality as per the defined standards
• Write automated unit and integration tests to ensure defect free code
• Learn and develop proof of concepts with newer technologies when required
