Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will drive business growth for 1C by:

• Selling franchise opportunities for 1C charging stations.
• Driving sales of 1C EV chargers to residential, commercial, and institutional customers.
• Identifying and building relationships with RWAs, fleet operators, real estate developers, and businesses.
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales experience (franchise, B2B, or channel sales preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales.
• Experience in EV, energy, or tech products is a plus.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of professional experience building server applications with Node.js and the Spring framework.
• Experience working with the AWS Development stack, including: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito, Mobile Analytics, EC2 and RDS

Experience working with a handful of the following:

• relational databases: MySQL, or PostgreSQL or Oracle
• document-based data stores: MongoDB or CouchDB,
• key-value stores: DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached
• column-stores: Cassandra, Vertica
• Ability to work with front-end web technologies, like: HTML5/CSS3/Angular/Bootstrap
• Strong familiarity with *nix command line operations

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of new highly-responsive, web-based user interface
• Work and collaborate in a scrum structure
• Develop components and libraries that are reusable and future-proof
• Develop a flexible and well-structured APIs to support the system

Required Skills:

• Excellent understanding of Javascript including the OOP concept and how DOM work
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS
• GIT experience
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Should be comfortable working in our Bangalore office from Day 1.
• Should possess good communication skills.

What You’ll Bring:

6+ years of demonstrated deep technical design and programming skills (in individual capacity) designing and delivering enterprise grade distributed systems in the following tooling; Web applications (Java/PHP/.NET/Python) or Mobile applications (SDK, Android/iOS)

2+ years prior experience managing one or more Agile engineering team(s); contributing to a track record of building complex and technical products, ideally within a start-up or fast scaling environment

Experience with building software with Agility and in conformity to security standards.

Willingness to “roll-up your sleeves and get your hands dirty” when required
