We are now looking for a Senior UX/UI designer who can help us conceptualize, design and test multiple new features and products being built out of here. What you will do?
- Work with the product team to develop design flows and create user stories of new features.
- Conceptualize, design and prototype the user stories to make low/high fidelity mockups.
- Conduct quick, iterative usability testing for the designed concepts.
- Research broad and deep to come up with simple solutions for complex problems
- Drive product adoption through user experience
- Learn and understand the user persona for the product and apply it to create an elegant experience for the same.
Skills required:
- 5-9 years of product design experience
- B2B and/or SaaS experience is preferred
- Experience with mockup and prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of how to conduct user interviews and conduct basic research on design.
- Good sense of visual design
- Bonus points if you have user empathy and also understand numbers

Required Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
∙5+ years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably for a SaaS or software company.
∙Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
∙Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby).
∙Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI).
∙Extensive experience with NGINX and similar web servers.
∙Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
∙Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation).
∙Ability to work on-call as needed and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
∙Experience with high transactional e-commerce platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
∙Certifications in cloud computing or DevOps are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer,
Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
∙Experience in a high availability, 24x7x365 environment.
∙Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.
1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)
4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)

Mission Statement
