Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Identify and source potential clients/customers through LinkedIn, databases, and online research.
2. Cold Calling & Outreach: Make daily outbound calls and messages to connect with prospects and introduce the company.
3. Pitching & Selling: Explain products/services confidently, handle basic queries, and build interest among leads.

6. Reporting & Data Management: Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and outcomes in Excel/CRM and submit regular updates.

● Must be eager to learn new cloud solutions and constantly improve skills to deliver an edge of technology to
customers
● The person should be aware of windows management policies. Understanding on IT infra basic
functionalities will be an added advantage
New Client Acquisition
Generating business
Creating and maintaining revenue portfolio
Handling end to end co-ordination at client side
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase the company's services.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- Generating promising leads to pursue.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company's services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

- Developing a long-lasting relationship with assigned client portfolio.
- Creating sales plan for generating revenue, managing the P&L for assigned customers

What you need to have:
- 5 - 8 years experience in business development & account management in staffing industry
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, both verbal and written and good negotiation skills
- Candidate with prior experience of more than 5 years in Customer Service and Sales preferred.

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, Participate, monitor, follow-up sales & marketing activities as per sales strategy for the allocated customers / location and end customers/ user
- Support and monitor the performance of the team in order to achieve their monthly & annual sales target.
- Experience to manage a team of at least 10-15 members.
- Conduct meetings regularly to ensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/concerns raised by the team.
- Undertaking regular one-to-one meetings, team meetings at various levels, training and counselling /coaching sessions for all direct reports.
- Responsible for Lead Generation and completion of team target.
- Demonstrate accountability and ethical behaviour at all times.
- Who has a Knowledge on Cloud Computing will be an Add on Advantage.
Required Candidate Profile
- Extremely organized, highly motivated & target oriented.
- Preferably from BPO/KPO background
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
- Ready to join immediately.
