Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs
- Do account based research, identify key decision makers.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Connect & engage with leads, identify the need
- Based on response identify & qualify new prospects
- Follow-up with leads based on response.
- Regularly study accounts and identify important decision makers, influencers.
- Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects, important conversations.
- Achieve monthly milestones and close sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast and contacts in our CRM
Experience & Skills
- 1+ years of solid professional experience in sales and/or consulting of IT solutions
- Experience in regions like North America, Australia, UK is desirable.
- Aptitude to research all relevant details regarding an organization.
- Target driven individual who loves working towards and exceeding goals.
- Comfortable talking to new people every time and strike a relevant conversation.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
- Excellent communication skill - Should be able to converse fluently in English.
- Willing to work in shifts based on region operating in.
- Comfortable with MS-Excel
- Any degree, but have good understanding of IT solutions, preferably Analytics and Automation space.
