About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our Bangalore team.

You will focus on:

• Customer upsell and cross sells.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Worked as an Account Manager for a US-based SaaS startup before.
• Is comfortable developing deep technical understanding of the product.

Responsibility:

• Lead the planning and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, marketing demands and

• Drive the product development process, from ideation through release, ensuring timely delivery and high-

• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive successful launch, development, and

• Expertise with Services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and APIs (Service-oriented architectures).

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience building successful production software systems
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in CS or related field)
• The ability to take convert raw requirements into good design while exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
