Job Description: Personal Assistant to CXO

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our CXO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and follow-ups efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CXO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule
• Track, document, and follow up on all tasks assigned to the CXO to ensure timely completion
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and coordinate action items with internal teams
• Draft, proofread, and organize professional emails, presentations, reports, and documents
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CXO
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure systematic documentation
• Anticipate requirements, provide timely reminders, and prepare necessary materials ahead of meetings
• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or startup environments is an added advantage

2. Caching - REDIS MEMCACHED etc

3. Database - MONGO, SQL etc. min 2yrs experience with these.

4. Features created for large concurrent requests.

5. Node Js, Go lang any asynchronous programming language min 2 yrs exp with any one of them.

6. Message Queues - RABBIT MQ, Kafka etc.

7. Logging and APM (application process manager) good to have.

8. DS ALGO good to have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Design and implement testing frameworks and methodologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in automation testing tools and techniques.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices and automation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of security testing practices and tools.
• Understanding of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android).

• Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs
• Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of OOP, Java and Android SDK.
• Experience in RESTful, JSON and XML parsing, SQLite, Push Notification, Payment Gateway Integration, In app Purchase
• Experience of integrating third-party libraries.
• Hands on with Kotlin, Android-KTX libraries and Unit testing (Junit, Espresso, Mockito, Firebase Test-case)
• Hand on experience on Android UI Development (Material Design Component), multiple device resolution support, landscape and tablet support, multi-language & RTL support in layout.
• Understanding of App Lifecycle, Activity, Fragment, Background Service, Broadcast, Gradle, Memory management, Threading etc.
• Understanding of architecture design patterns like MVP and/or MVVM
• Android jetpack component(Room, DataBinding, LifeCycle, LiveData, Navigation, Paging, ViewModel, WorkManager)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. GIT)
• Data binding library, constraint layout, RxJava concepts,
• Experience with publishing app on Google Play Console and managing the app lifecycle
• GraphQL knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities and Duties

• Overall responsibility and accountability for Android App
• Hands-on coding, systems analysis, design, and delivery of projects assigned.
• Overall App Design - code, performance, security, size
• Deliver new features, execute on the roadmap and plan for the future.
• Convert app requirements into actionable and tangible items for all stakeholders
• Release planning and timely integration with other stakeholders (product, backend, frontend, ui/ux etc)
• Proactive ANR, other crash fixes etc
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development/performance etc
• Improve product quality through code reviews, writing effective unit tests, and collaborating with QA

Key Skills

• Kotlin, Java, RxKotlin, RxJava, Android SDK, Android Studio, Git Required
• Education - B.E/ B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MSc IT degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Experience - 3-6 yrs
