Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for our software applications using Python. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, including test-driven development, behavior-driven development, and automated testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Test Automation : Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for software applications using Python and various testing frameworks such as Pytest, Unittest, and Behave.

2. Test Script Development : Develop test scripts to automate testing of software applications, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.

3. Test Framework Development : Develop and maintain test frameworks to support automated testing, including data-driven testing, keyword-driven testing, and hybrid testing.

4. Test Environment Setup : Set up and maintain test environments, including virtual machines, containers, and cloud-based infrastructure.

5. Test Data Management : Manage test data, including data creation, data masking, and data validation.

6. Defect Reporting : Identify, report, and track defects found during automated testing, including defect tracking and defect management.

7. Collaboration : Collaborate with development teams, QA teams, and product owners to ensure automated tests are aligned with business requirements and application functionality.

8. Test Automation Framework Maintenance : Maintain and update test automation frameworks to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Requirements :

1. Python Programming : Strong proficiency in Python programming, including Python 3.x, NumPy, and Pandas.

2. Test Automation Frameworks : Experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest, Unittest, Behave, and Selenium.

3. Automated Testing : 5+ years of experience with automated testing, including test-driven development, behavior-driven development, and automated testing frameworks.

4. Software Testing : 5+ years of experience with software testing, including manual testing, automated testing, and test planning.

5. Agile Methodologies : Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

6. Version Control : Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.

7. Cloud Experience : Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

As Senior Manager – AI Engineering, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, capability maturity, and delivery outcomes of GenAI solutions . This includes managing cross-functional pods, enabling reusable frameworks for agentic workflows, and translating AI/LLM advancements into business-impacting applications. Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledger, journal entries, vouchers)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Prepare and file tax returns in coordination with CA

Assist in audits and provide required financial data

Monitor expenses and support budgeting activities

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Primathon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for creating and implementing test strategies, conducting both manual and automated testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standard of software quality.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.

• Hands-on experience with load testing tools and methodologies.
• Solid background in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and written skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience on SAP Abap.

Should be well versed with Reports , Interfaces , Conversions , Enhancements , Forms and User exits.

Should be good in stakeholder management.

Knowledge of S/4 Hana is required.

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to the product pipeline.
• Create and manage the product plan for new tech integrations with the third-party vendors.
• Manage the current integrations with the third-party vendors for ongoing changes & requirements.
• Determine and define clear deliverables for the team members. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring the team is actively working toward established product milestones.
• Hold daily scrum team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
• Ensure high test coverage and low post release issues through effective product planning.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Project Management or related technical field required
