Lead - UI/UX

We are looking for a Sr Manager- Talent Acquisition for our client which is a Construction Tech start-up backed up by renowned group.

Roles & responsibilities:

- In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the Company's talent acquisition objectives by sourcing, evaluating and hiring candidates.

- You will work to locate and attract the best and brightest talent to the company.

- You will be leveraging on technology and data to make smart business decisions and be the subject of hiring for all levels in the business.

- Stakeholder management

- Plan and implement Talent Acquisition strategy for the company.

- Design, develop and maintains the recruitment process and metrics

- Identify the skills and competencies required to support current and future business activities

- Utilize recruitment media, job fairs, and e-recruiting tools as required to attract qualified candidates

- Source and evaluate resumes and interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions

- Competition mapping: Identify competition companies and gather key insights about their team structures and profiles

- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies

- Ensure timely delivery of HR processes through the employment lifecycle

- Responsible for smooth pre-boarding & onboarding of all the selected candidates

- Drive assigned HR projects with rigour and accountability

Requirements :

- 16+ years of recruitment experience (Non-IT hiring) from Manufacturing sector.

- Masters Degree in HR from a reputed institute

- Planning & Organizing - prioritizes & plans work activities, well organized & methodical approach

- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines and targets

You’ll be responsible for building APIs for a progressive web app. You must know Node.js, Express.js, Mongo.db, and basic Github.

Expectations:

• Design and develop REST API modules.
• Good experience in building and testing API’s and integrating them.
• Assuring the complete stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.

Your Requirement:

• Must know Node.js, Express.js, Mongo.db, and basic Github.
• 1-3 years of backend experience.
• Previously worked on similar projects (e commerce, food delivery, etc).
• Logical and problem solver.
• Optimized and clean code

Good to have:

• Worked on Payment Gateways
• Worked with food tech or similar projects

Hiring Process:

• Round 1 - Task based on backend technologies
• Round 2 - Task review and technical round

• Complete the goal without missing any deadlines.

We are a high growth startup currently experimenting in stealth. We are solving food delivery related problem with gamification features.

3+ years of industry experience designing, building and supporting cloud-native systems in production with a solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, a deep focus on quality, and documentation

• Demonstrable backend development expertise using Java (JDK 8+, 11 preferred)
• Proven Experience writing reactive, event-driven, asynchronous code using Vert.x
• Fair understanding of networks, security, system resilience & clustering • Experience with MongoDB & ELK stack
• Experience building & consuming RESTful APIs • Experience writing Unit & Integration tests with JUnit5 / Jupiter
• Ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues across services and multiple levels of a complex technical stack that includes microservices, container & virtualized environments, and message & event streams, in a timely manner.
• A desire to learn and apply best practices in software development
• Good communication, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Nice to have skills:

• Oracle database experience a plus
• Experience with Apache Kafka (or Java Messaging Services in general) & Nifi
• Experience with containers & orchestration – Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes
• Experience with CI / CD – Jenkins, Nexus, AWS and / or Azure Cloud infra
