Job Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Extensive expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including a solid understanding of ES6.
• Strong experience working with Node.js, React, or Nest.js.
• Proven track record of developing scalable and modular web applications.
• Mandatory knowledge of Docker for efficient containerized development.
• Experience with software quality assurance, test planning, and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering using tools like ChatGPT.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations (imports, customs, warehousing, logistics, inventory)

Coordinate with international suppliers, clearing agents, and freight forwarders

Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking

Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery SLAs

Manage warehouse partners across locations (3PLs) and ensure best practices

Ensure compliance with import/export laws, EPR compliance, and sustainability norms

Maintain accurate reports on SKU movements, aging inventory, and replenishment schedules

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for the Flipkart Voice Process. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and communication.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer queries via inbound or outbound calls, maintaining service levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction for one of India's largest e-commerce brands — Flipkart.

We are looking for candidates who have at least one year of experience in any domain, possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints via calls professionally and promptly
• Maintain service quality as per Flipkart standards
• Ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction in every interaction
• Update call records and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issue closure
• Meet performance targets including attendance, quality, and productivity

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in any field/domain
• Strong fluency in both English and Hindi (verbal communication)
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners will be given priority

• Design, develop and maintain automation framework, system, and functional test suites and contribute to Database platform development
• Test the product for performance, resiliency, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Fix defects identified via testing in the Database platform
• Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, code paths, and overall behavioral characteristics of the products you test.
• Analyze and understand existing test coverage and test cases, identifying opportunities for redesign, replacement, reusability, and improvement in efficiency and performance.
• Define and inspire changes to our product with our development engineering team based on feedback from tests and customer issues.
• Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases. Be a champion for our customers.
• Go above and beyond to ensure customers are getting the most out of their investment in the company platform.

You’ll Need

• Sound knowledge of C/C++ and Java programming languages.
• Sound knowledge of JDBC APIs.
• Sound knowledge of Data Structures and concurrent programming.
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.
• Sound knowledge of Distributed System Architecture and distributed processing.
• Good in Shell / Python scripting.
• A minimum of five years in SDET or development profile with BS or MS in CS or equivalent technical degree.
• Highly desirable skills
• Knowledge of database internals (concurrent B-tree access, transactions, recovery, query processing).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Big Data Ecosystem landscape. Like Kafka, Spark, Presto.
• Familiarity with ORM technologies like Hibernate, Django, etc.

• 2+yrs of experience in Frontend Development
• 2yrs of experience in NodeJS Development
• AngularJS (v1.+) proficiency and web development experience using AngularJS
• Good hands on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages
  Develop the frontend and Backend of the Application
• Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application
• Constantly and consistently implementing new features and optimize existing ones from controller-level to UI Vigilantly and rapidly fix bugs
