Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at All Time Design. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all design outputs meet the specified requirements and standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to identify discrepancies between the design requirements and the final product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review completed designs to ensure they adhere to the specified requirements and guidelines.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to verify that designs meet the required standards before final approval.
• Provide feedback to designers on any revisions needed to align with the project specifications.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure a smooth review process.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and provide regular reports on the status of design approvals.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality.
• Suggest improvements to the quality assurance process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality assurance, design review, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to interpret design requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even minor discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback.

Software Architect

Symbl is hiring a Software Architect who is passionate about leading cross-functional R&D teams. This role will serve as the Architect across the global organization driving product architecture, reducing information silos across the org to improve decision making, and coordinating with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with other Symbl services.

• You have a track record of designing and building large-scale, cloud-based, highly available software platforms.
• You have 8+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in an architect role.

• Work with your team providing engineering leadership and ensuring your resources are solving the most critical engineering problems while ensuring your products are scalable, performant, and highly available.
• Focused on delivering the highest quality of services, and you support your team as they push production code that impacts hundreds of Symbl customers.
• Spent time with engineering managers and developers to create and deliver critical new products and/or features that empower them to introduce change with quality and speed.
• Made sure to connect with your team, both local and remote, to ensure they are delivering on engineering and operational excellence.

• Atleast 2 years of ServiceNow core development experience including web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with up to 4 years total experience.

Job Description:

• Programming and optimizing rust / wasm based smart contracts
• Design, research and develop blockchain-based solutions
• Developing decentralized high-performance systems
• Building reliable and fast data storages
• Working with virtual machines used by modern blockchains: WebAssembly, EVM, COSMWASM
• Implementing consensus algorithms and other protocols
• Security audits of third-party and internal solutions
• Establishing policies and procedures that produce secure, high-quality software
• Write and review technical proposals
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Coding with concurrency, efficiency and scalability as primary motive
• Document systems, build runbooks, and automate those processes
• Being hands on by writing, testing, and deploying high-performance networking code
• Rigor on clean code, unit testing, code coverage and best practices
• Developing infrastructure software
• Supporting and Leading the team of junior developers.

Required qualifications:

3+ years experience in developing smart contracts, 2.5+ years of experience in Rust, willingness to learn on the go, ability to write clean code, a strong sense of responsibility.

Tech Stack:

Rust, cargo, git, linux, bash, ability to work with Docker.

Nice to have:

cryptography and system software development experience,understanding of design patterns, understanding of operating systems and networks, ability to design algorithms and mathematical models.
