Business Analyst

Role

We are looking for a  Senior Software Engineer - Python, React to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products.

You should be comfortable around front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Ultimately, you’ll build highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Write effective, scalable code
• Develop front-end and back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
• Integrate user-facing elements into applications
• Test and debug programs
• Improve functionality of existing systems
• Implement security and data protection solutions
• Assess and prioritize feature requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Qualifications

• BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Must have 4+ years of work experience as a Python/Django (Back-end) and React (Front-end) developer
• Expertise in Django Framework. Other frameworks like Flask Pyramid knowledge are good to have
• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration, and AWS.
• Proficient in Terraform which allows migration to Kubernetes 
• Experience with DevOps toolchains such as Docker, Travis CI, Jenkins, Git.,
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) 
• React experience is good to have
• Team spirit
• Good problem-solving skills

Edit and create engaging and visually appealing videos for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.

• can perform simple 2D animation, Motion graphics and VFX.

• Strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing.

• Performing the full range of editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to colour correction and colour grading.

• Experience with creating marketing videos.

• Strong understanding of After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate, Photoshop, Canva, a clean sense of design. Efficient, well-organized. Excellent verbal and written Communications and written skills required. MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point.

• Edit video to include preselected music, video clips, sound clips and other important aspects of the project

• Creation of marketing videos from conception to execution including video editing, sound editing and motion graphics

• Design capabilities should include video, 2D and 3D motion graphics.

• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing

• Strong expertise in editing software such as Premiere pro, After Effect, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.

• Work with product managers to understand product requirements and make them live.
• Ownership of end to end development

• 3+ years Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using server side technology (Java, Spring Boot / Node.js, Express)

• Experience with Git/CI/CD/Gradle/Maven

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma /Bachelor’s degree / Masters in human resources
• 1+ years in human resources or recruitment

• Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.

           Self Motivated, Time Management and sincere 

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years previous release and/or project management experience
• Solid understanding of release and project management principles
• Strong experience with software development processes and agile methodologies
• Experience using bug tracking and management system (JIRA, Bugzilla, Testrail…) to track and build release dashboards 
• Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL) and JIRA Portfolio is a definite plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multi-functional work teams toward completion
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills a must
• Experience in Data Storage, SaaS, Virtualization, Cloud, and Enterprise Equipment Deployment
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders and lead cross functional teams across geographies and business units
• Experienced in navigating variety of complex, cross-functional activities and lead all aspects of release delivery.
• Ability to engage with Business users and understand their needs.
• Broad knowledge of SaaS, distributed systems, virtualization, storage products, cloud, infrastructure software, databases, interface driven solutions is a definite plus
• General PC knowledge including GSuite, Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of Excel
