Roles & Responsibilities-:-

 You’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels.

 Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels

 Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.

 Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipelines to meet the requirements of the lead targets.

 Brainstorm on new approaches to improve the existing process in order to achieve the monthly/quarterly targets

 Continuously monitor industry updates on which you’re working to share the better value in your approaches.

 Coordinate with the prospects and the sales team to set up business meetings or calls.

Customer / Tech Support Engineer JD

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer/Tech Support Engineer who will be solving high-priority customer technical issues in a fast-paced environment. The support team is the foundation of everything the company does, and we take the role of supporting our merchants seriously. This is a highly cross-functional role; you'll work closely with company’s merchants to uncover their business goals and then coach them on the best ways to use the company website to achieve them. Your role would involve explaining technical concepts, providing support for overall systems testing and implementation into the production, and creating and improving documents that help customers solve their problems. If you are someone who enjoys solving merchants' technical problems, we want to hear from you.

• Participate in requirement, design discussions, and come up with solutions according to functional specifications
• Develop in-depth product expertise as a master Fulfil user and teacher
• Translate highly complex business requirements into technical solutions through efficient design and using appropriate tools and technologies

• Familiarity with code versioning tools like GIT.
• Experience in working with web services i.e. HTTP, REST, JSON

• Candidate must be familiar with the javascript tech stack

• NodeJS or ReactJS or AngularJS knowledge is desired

• SQL and NoSQL database hands-on production grade experience is desired

• Candidate should be familiar with the version control system and working in a team

• Working experience with Message Queue, Mirco service architecture, Docker containers would be a great advantage.

• Experience designing and developing complex systems that can handle variable load would be an added advantage

• Familiarity with AWS services, deploying and managing workloads would be advantageous
