
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and execute end-to-end learning programs: onboarding, technical training, soft skills, leadership development, and functional skill-building initiatives.
•Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person).
•Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses, enrollments, and feedback are properly recorded and maintained.
•Support learning need analysis by gathering insights from managers, performance reviews, and employee feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies:
