The ideal candidate must be a seasoned, high-energy professional possessing a strong sense of urgency with a strong performance-based track record of success. He or she must be capable of make cold calling and achieve the assigned sales target and eventually generate revenues for the organization. 1. Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies effectively and independently
2. Ability to lead large teams and work directly with the teams on their day-to-day conversions
3. Should be able to drive and lead large customers independently thus increasing client wallet share
4. Plan, Strategize & build avenues/strategies for improvisation & scale numbers month on month
5. Requirement analysis, sourcing, interviewing, selling, salary negotiations, offering and post-offer follow-ups
6. Should have developed, driven, and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche Candidates in a limited Talent Pool
7. Utilized cost-effective tools to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle times
8. Should be able to work on capability building of the team and retaining the best talent

• Write code that will impact the businesses of thousands of hotels, hostels, and vacation homes across the globe.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• You are well versed in building scalable, understandable, and testable code with an eye toward maintainability.
• You have a good understanding of multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of NodeJs and ReactJs.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• You have good knowledge of relational databases as well as key-value databases and are capable of designing scalable database models based on the product requirements.
• Familiarity with REST API development standards, protocols (HTTP, WebSockets and more), and GraphQL.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile vs, desktop), and optimizing outputs.
• You possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.

Skills Required :

• Previous Working Experience As A PHP / Laravel Developer For 1-4 Years.
• In-Depth Knowledge Of Object-Oriented PHP And Laravel 5 PHP Framework.
• Hands-On Experience With SQL Schema Design, SOLID Principles, REST API Design, Etc. MySQL Profiling And Query Optimization. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills.

• Build Innovative, State-Of-The-Art Applications And Collaborate With The User Experience (UX) Team. Ensure HTML, CSS, And Shared JavaScript Is Valid And Consistent Across Applications.
• Prepare And Maintain All Applications Utilizing Standard Development Tools.
• Utilize Backend Data Services And Contribute To Increasing Existing Data Services API.
