Customer Success Manager

🎬Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Sales Officer with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of agricultural products. You will manage the entire territory and build relationships from the ground up with farmers, distributors, and channel partners.

📈Key Responsibilities

● Sales: Drive sales by onboarding farmers, distributors, and channel partners within the territory.

● Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with distributors and channel partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial matters.

● Demand Generation: Participate in early morning demand generation meetings.

● Daily Review: Attend night meetings for progress tracking.

● Collections: Manage collections from channel partners.

📃Requirements

● BSc / MSc in Agriculture

● 1 - 2 years of experience in agri-inputs or micro irrigation

● Strong understanding of credit periods, channel margins, dealer and distributor

margins, and credit limits

● Experience with direct farmer interactions

● Strong commercial acumen

• Need to have Experience from Insurance back-ground
• Need to have Renewal Experience - calling to the customers & agents & partners
• need to meet Partners or agents - Moveable
• Should have Experience in Out bound calls & convincing the customers
• Can Also pick Those candidates who calls the customers for conversions of New policies / insurance tele callers

The Role Expectation

• You will play a key role in the design and development of the core UI, working directly with the Product team on realizing their needs and translating it into the product.

• You will be involved in developing user-facing features using React.js, building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, and translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

• You will participate in the overall design and architecture of the application, maintaining quality and ensuring performance and compliance to software standards and guidelines

• You will help in optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• You will adhere to the best practices of the Agile & TDD

• You will collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design, prioritize and launch new features.

• You will take ownership for organizing code and maintain its integrity at all points in time.

• You will be responsible for understanding and implementing security and data protection best practices

• Guide and mentor to the team and help them grow in a professional and personal capacity

• You will bring in a passion for technology and hunger to learn

You Have

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Thorough understanding of JavaScript frameworks and browser

• Experience with popular Rearect.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Experience with utility libraries (e.g., Immutable.js, Lodash, Underscore)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as Oauth2.0 and SAML2.0 and exchange of claims using JWT tokens

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Good understanding of browser JavaScript engines and its compatibility issues

• A knack for benchmarking and optimization

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and technologies

Good to Have

• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

• Knowledge or experience of back-end languages and technologies

• Prior experience in developing code on large scale distributed systems and knowledge of cloud deployments on AWS/Azure

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Your Background

• At least 2 - 4 years of hands-on development experience

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field

Here is what we are looking for:

- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge with Manual testing, Mobile app testing, Web Testing, api testing, DB Queries.

- Knowledge of tools like Postman, SoapUI, Appium/Android Espresso, JMeter, etc.
- Plan and execute Functional, Security, and Performance testing multiple product lines (Mobile & Web).
- Experience with Web service technology like REST, XML/SOAP.
- Good understanding of Build, Deployment, Continuous Integration/Delivery process.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and collaboration skills.

• Work as part of a small team to build React Native Application for android and IOS
• Architect, build, and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
• Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Integrate third-party API's.
• Write unit and integration tests
• Work as part of a small team, which will include other React Native developers, a project manager, QA professional, and a designer.

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
