Ownership & trajectory
- High autonomy over how content is executed

Scope of work
- Founder-led content
- Work closely with the founder to capture thoughts, processes and experiments and turn that into content people actually want to watch. Over time, shape a clear and consistent voice.
- Story-led ads
- Create ads that feel like real stories. These should be narrative-driven pieces that people would choose to watch on their own.
- End-to-end video
- Own the full process from idea to scripting to shooting to editing to publishing. Keep the bar high on both storytelling and production.
- Formats and identity
- Develop repeatable formats such as experiments, explainers, and journeys, and build a distinct content style for the brand.
- Distribution
- Publish across platforms and continuously refine based on what people respond to.

• Promote insurance products and services through digital and offline marketing channels.

Requirements and Skills
· A bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Designing is typically required.
· A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Interior Designing, with demonstrated leadership skills and project coordination experience.
· Proficiency in Interior Designing software and tools.
· IIID association will be plus.
· Strong design creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to provide design guidance and feedback.
· Project management experience, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
· Knowledge of Interior Designing principles, building systems, construction methods, and industry regulations.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly desired
- 4+ years of experience programming on the Salesforce platform
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite including Sales Cloud, Platform and the App Exchange
- Extensive development experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual-force, Lightning, Batch Apex, SOQL, Salesforce API's and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Firm understanding of advanced design patterns and engineering best practices
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
- Background in development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product life-cycle
