We are searching for a brilliant, flexible android developer to create novel apps that meet the needs of our target audience. To this end, the android developer's responsibilities include writing and proofreading code, liaising with coworkers within and outside of their department, and monitoring customers' feedback. Over time, you will also be required to create app updates. To ensure success as an android developer, you should demonstrate proficiency in one of the mainstream programming languages, and a sound understanding of the traditional product life cycle. Responsibilities:

• Writing clean and efficient codes for Android applications
• Proofreading your code and correcting mistakes before each app is released.
• Collaborating with UI and UX Designers, as well as Software Testers, to ensure that each app is presentable and in perfect working order.
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs and enhancing application performance
• Monitoring the performance of live apps and work on optimising them at the code level
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
• Implementing measures to safeguard users' data.
• Ensuring that the construction and presentation of your apps are congruent with the company's standards.
• Monitoring app reviews to detect areas for improvement.
• Creating app updates, including bug fixes and additional features, for release.
• Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols

We are searching for a smart, dynamic individuals who have a passion for coding and a strong will to learn to join our business development team and help us achieve our targets by selling our products through targetting pitching. To be successful in this role, you should have experience selling online products and work well in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls (approx. 80-100 calls).
• Reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of Quikkloan services.
• Initiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
• Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers.
• Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics.
