Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT Recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR operations through GreytHR.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, employee attendance, and leave management.
• Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity) and HR reporting.
