Position Overview:

We are looking for highly experienced Senior Data Engineers to design, architect, and lead scalable, cloud-based data platforms on AWS. The role involves building enterprise-grade data pipelines, modernizing legacy systems, and developing high-performance scoring engines and analytics solutions and collaborate closely with architecture, analytics, risk, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design and build scalable data pipelines for financial and customer data

·      Build and optimize scoring engines (credit, risk, fraud, customer scoring)

·      Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL/ELT pipelines (batch & real-time)

·      Ensure data quality, governance, reliability, and compliance standards

·      Optimize large-scale data processing using SQL, Spark/PySpark, and cloud technologies

·      Lead cloud data architecture, cost optimization, and performance tuning initiatives

·      Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver business-ready datasets

·      Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data engineering

Key Requirements:

·      Strong programming skills in Python and advanced SQL

·      Experience building scalable scoring or rule-based decision engines

·      Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (Spark/PySpark/Kafka)

·      Strong expertise in designing ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling

·      Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern data architectures

·      Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and performance tuning

·      Knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git), and production support best practices

As the executive assistant to the MD, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with one of the industry's most influential executives and help shape the future of the company.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the MD's daily calendar proactively and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the MD

2. Assist the MD in creating presentations and communication materials including email, business documents, presentations, social media, and speeches

3. Lead special projects assigned by the MD

4. Support the MD in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

5. Provide administrative support to coordinate & communicate with internal & external business partners for preparing & filing documents, updating contact lists, & providing business development support

6. Manage travel arrangements & provide onsite assistance at meetings

7. Coordinate flights, accommodation & transportation arrangements

8. Provide detailed & accurate travel itineraries

9. Ensure meeting resources (agenda, presentation decks, conference room size, technology needs, catering, etc.) are anticipated & provided for

10. Confirm meeting agenda & meeting owner to ensure success

11. Prepare monthly expense reports & reconcile monthly statements

12. Manage the MD's budget & provide timely reporting & analysis

13. Oversee daily tag-ups in collaboration with senior leaders at SHR

14. Draft content for review or review existing content for tone, clarity, and grammatical accuracy

15. Leverage the MD's time & impact by managing relationships and projects outside of SuperHuman Race, particularly related to government ministries, multilateral organizations like the UN, boards, social forums, and community engagement

16. Coordinate with the MD's personal contacts and align the MD's personal commitments to ensure minimum confusion, overlap, and a maximum output of time

17. Run small local errands, if and as required

18. Accompany the MD for official and/or personal commitments, and follow up on any items that require collaboration with others to ensure the timely completion of commitments

19. Plan parties/events & act as the main point of contact within these functions
