Team Leader - Tele sales

Your Role: As a Content & Product Marketer at LearnTube, you will be the bridge between product, growth, and the user. You’ll turn insight into action by understanding our users deeply, translating product value into compelling narratives, and designing experiments that move key metrics. You’ll own the marketing funnel, craft sharp positioning, drive adoption, and scale revenue-driving campaigns across channels.

You’ll work directly with the founders to bring new features, journeys, and growth loops to life — combining storytelling, data, and execution. You’ll be expected to take ownership from day one and operate at the intersection of product, growth, and GTM turning insight into impact at speed.

What You'll Do:

• Own and execute growth experiments across the entire funnel from onboarding to retention and referrals
• Run paid marketing and performance campaigns with a clear eye on ROI and CAC:LTV
• Write high-converting, user-first copy across landing pages, WhatsApp, and in-product journeys
• Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to align GTM, messaging, and conversion strategy
• Use AI tools to scale creative production, personalize communication, and automate campaigns
• Analyze funnel and cohort data to identify drop-offs, run rapid A/B tests, and double down on what works
• Bring user insights into growth through qualitative feedback, user calls, and market research

·        Prepare and manage project plans (project, release, sprint) with clear achievable milestones

·        Identify risks and dependencies for the projects he manages.

·        Ensure the project is implemented on time within contractual obligations.

·        Responsible for scope management and change management.

·        Follow-up with customers to resolve any dependencies and help manage issues/bottlenecks in implementation.

·        Conduct regular project review meetings.

·        Be an escalation point for implementation team to coordinate with various partners to eliminate any bottlenecks or mitigate any risks.

·        Communicate status to senior management and customers regularly.

·        Should have the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel for various customers.

·        Able to identify impact on project plan due to new changes coming up during the project execution.

·        Interface with customers and understand functional requirements and objectives

·        Working closely with customer’s / business analysts / technical architects for ensuring that right design and architecture is agreed up on for the projects.

·        Escalate issues to senior management or customer if required appropriately

·        Able to influence and implement the best practices of Agile across project teams

·        Ensure compliance with development standards, development process and the documentation requirements.

·        Continuous learning to keep abreast with developments in technology.

·        Provide guidance on functional and technical matters to all the members in the team, if required take support from external team members.

·        Participate in presentations and demonstrations of the software to customers.

·        Identify training needs for the project team to improve productivity and quality of delivery

·        Build a strong team to manage and execute the projects

·        Work with team continuously to resolve conflicts or roadblocks they have to accomplish their tasks

·        Have a periodic 1 x 1 discussion with the team members provide support where required and nominate team/peer for their achievements

• Leading the dev team for Floor.bz (virtual Event SAAS Platform Team)
• Planning, estimation, database designing, wireframing, layout designing of assigned project and other ongoing projects in team with Product Manager
• Handling coding works or major/ complex parts of assigned projects and providing coding help and supervision to team members
• Maintaining and auditing code/ design quality as per set guidelines and standards in assigned projects
• Testing of completed tasks in ongoing projects in team before sending updates to reporting authority/client
• Removing the technical impediments
• Focusing the team to ensure an on-time delivery of the agreed task
• Reporting progress to the Product Manager
• Facilitating code/ design reuse
• Training and mentoring of team members

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ Years development skills in UI /UX Frontend / Backend Knowledge
• Expertise in JS/ React Js/ Api’s
• Excellent programming and logical skills
• Knowledge on Angular Js/ Vue Js
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL
• Excellent knowledge of Javascript, Jquery
• Excellent knowledge of OOP programming style and Event Driven Architecture
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT is also required
• Experience in building sites to function cross-platform and cross-browser
• Exposure of managing a team of at least 2-4 software developers
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Willingness to build career in SAAS/ Video Tech Domain

What you will be doing ?

You will work in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms, architectures, and technologies. You will be responsible for

• Development of various cloud/web components to ingest, process, transform and visualize data at scale.
• Contribute to algorithm development and automated evaluation for measuring quality.
• Follow engineering best practices (unit testing, continuous delivery etc.)
• Deployment and monitoring of production ready infrastructure

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3-7 years strong programming experience in Python/Java .
• Hands on knowledge in at least one MVC and ORM frameworks.
