Job Description for Front Desk

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (calculator, pen, printer etc)

• Greet, communicate and welcome clients with a smile.

• Make client comfortable and can offer refreshment (like water, tea, & coffee etc)

• Answer questions and address grievances

• keep updated records and files of the clients

• Familiarity with EcoGreen & Zenoti

• Answering All incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.

• Direct clients to the appropriate doctors , therapists with whom appointment is fixed with assigned room.

• Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes.

• Should be able to handle bookings and process billing part and follow up with clients for balance payment.

• Asking them to book the next appointment while they done with treatment

• Maintain a professional environment and brand decorum.

• Should have a client schedule ready before the client arrives.

• ensuring to inform the client about the waiting time and about the delays in their schedules.

• Responsible for sharing the incident sheet and reporting it to the clinic manager.

• Responsible for escalating client issues to concerned doctors .

• Ensuring timely redemption of packages and sessions

• Ensuring Timely to close bills and pre paid balance of clients

• Responsible for handing over hard copies of service product bills and customer copies if a card is being swiped.

• Responsible for arranging/coordinating

or keeping ready the machines for movement between the rooms

The plan is to on-board 1 million users at a break-neck speed in the next 6 months using ingenious methods, both online & offline. To support the growth and build multiple features, we are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. The position reports to the Technology Head and based out of Bangalore.

Technology : PHP( CodeIgniter, Laravel etc ),OOPHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL

Responsibilities:

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

· Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

· Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

Requirement:

· Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Laravel, CodeIgniter etc depending on your technology stack}

· Understanding of synchronous behaviour of PHP

· Understanding of MVC design patterns

· Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

· Understanding accessibility and security compliance

We are seeking Sr. Software Engineers with hands-on C++/C# programming and unit testing skills. This person will be responsible to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for laboratory medical device new product development. The incumbent practices code quality, refactoring and unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, design, implement, unit test and maintain Windows based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop medical device software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new production introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes
• Document software, write technical specifications for interfaces and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 6+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing C++/C# based solutions and experience with any user interface development (UWP / WPF)
• Expert in Unit Testing, OOA/OOD development methodologies and design principles
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment where continuous improvement is a way of life
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device design & development is a plus
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology or flow cytometry systems is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
• Experience in software code and build management is a plus
