Salary: 3-6 LPA
Job Location: Hyderabad (On site)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Going to home conduction is a must.
- Calling to 250+ calls/day and maintaining 3hrs of Talk-time thus booking 10 conductions for the week for each day.
- Understand customer needs and requirements with strong academic knowledge.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Growth & Incentive Structure:
- Huge growth potential with the ability to become sales manager within a couple of months if you have a knack of sales.
- 2-10% of sale value is given in the form of incentives based on the slabs achieved. That rounds up to 25k - 3 Lakhs/month of incentives apart from your base salaries.
- Travel allowance will be given apart from base perks.

Graduates with min 1 years of experience in Ed-tech K9 & K12
background are eligible to apply.
Specific Skills Required: Good sales skills, proficiency in English, and strong
communication abilities are essential.

About the Role :
We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the
interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
