About the Role

We're expanding our sales team in Bangalore to drive outbound growth for Tivazo, a fast-growing SaaS platform helping businesses improve productivity, time tracking, and workforce performance. We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and generating qualified opportunities through outbound outreach.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect SMB and mid-market companies across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other outbound channels
• Build and manage prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools
• Execute outreach sequences through platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, and HeyReach
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of activities, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and objection handling
• Consistently achieve lead generation, meeting booking, and pipeline creation targets
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, or SDR/BDR roles
• Experience prospecting into US, UK, Canadian, or Australian markets is preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
• Ability to engage decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, productivity software, workforce management, or related industries is a plus

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer with proven expertise in FastAPI to join our team as a full-time contractor for 12 months. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in backend development, a strong understanding of API design, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Knowledge of front-end technologies is an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred. This role requires full-time commitment—please apply only if you are not engaged in other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python and FastAPI.
•  Implement and manage Prisma ORM for database operations.
• Build scalable APIs and integrate with SQL databases and third-party services.
• Deploy and manage backend services using Azure Function Apps and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Python backend development with strong experience in FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and ORM tools (preferably Prisma)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Azure Function Apps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture best practices.

Added Advantage:

• Front-end development knowledge (React, Angular, or similar frameworks).

2+ years of experience in Salesforce or other development

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related years of experience and technical skills

Salesforce certifications preferred, e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II

Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and / or Force.com at an enterprise level

Experience with SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events

Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow

Verify and validate complete end-to-end testing with the business and client/carrier

Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented programming

Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL

Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk)

Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools

Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to regularly update stakeholders on project status, e.g. project phase, issues/roadblocks, go-live dates, etc.

Role Objectives 

• Participate in complex design and software development tasks within an appropriate schedule, task, and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Senior Platform Specialists and Platform Architect  

• Hands-on development and implementation of solutions including the configuration of e.IQ platform components and custom development 

• Tasks associated with testing and documentation of solution implemented 

Academic Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/MCA in computer science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience Profile  

4 -6 years of experience in development or platform implementations.

Required Technical Skillset for Java Development

• core JavaScript, CSS, HTML-5,

• At least one of these frameworks (Angular JS / React /Vue / jQuery / Bootstrap)

• Experience in developing front-end web applications for various devices (responsive) 
  

Good to have:

• Basic Java knowledge /Programming, RDBMS (preferably MySQL or MSSQL), Exposure to Liferay.

• Must be capable of coding and unit testing their own code
