Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process

Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates

Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

Maintaining candidate databases

Collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least 1 year in recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Prospecting: As a SDR you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high potential customers via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilizing Internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline. ● Lead Nurturing: You will follow up with qualified leads and build a relationship with them, answering their questions and providing helpful information to move them closer to a buying decision. ● Sales Enablement: You will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and help them be more effective in closing deals. This can involve creating sales collateral, providing market insights, and organizing training sessions. ● Data Management: You’ll be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all their activities and interactions with potential customers. Responsibilities :

• Technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP ECC/EWM developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects
• Ensure compliance to existing and development of required data and reporting standards
• Ability to write and validate the technical specification and able to create test Scripts

• 8+ years overall SAP experience with minimum 2 End to End Implementations and at least 2 Support Projects
• Should have worked on SAP EWM S/4 2021.
• Must be expert at testing and debugging procedures.
• Must be able to evaluate user requirements relative to current application functionality.
• Requires clear written and verbal communication in a technical context.
• Should have thorough knowledge on EWM PPF, EWM RF framework, ITS Mobile, CIF, Reports, Forms, OOPS ABAP, BAPI, Enhancements, BADI, ALE.
• Experience in ECC <-> EWM integration.
• Ability to develop new and enhance existing RF functions.
• Experience in Smartforms, Label Development and EWM enhancements.
• Able to work with Functional and Technical Teams
• Proven ability Delivering complex and time sensitive projects
• Experience working on a team operating under an Agile Scrum delivery methodology
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in any of the relevant background with strategic communications focus

• Exposure to build & process tools like Grunt, Gulp, WebPack, Node, NPM.
• Familiarity with push notifications, REST APIs and cloud messaging.
• Experience with Bootstrap, Electron, React, Angular is a plus.
• Knowledge of VoIP(Voice Over IP), WebRTC is a plus.
• Preferred to have experience working with AWS components (EC2, S3, SNS, CDN, Lambda).
• Working knowledge of Git and proficiency with at least one build server(Jenkins/Travis/CircleCI).
