Role Description
As a UX Designer at Nudge, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive experiences that delight users; you should be comfortable working on 0-1 problems, especially when things are vague.
What do you get to do
We’re more than just ideas, we ship things and we ship them fast.
1) Lead Design Initiatives
- Own the product design cycle for all things Nudge.
- Conceptualize and execute solutions that align with our core business goals, user needs, and Nudge’s brand identity.
2) User Interface (UI) Design
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, animations, mockups and high fidelity prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
3) User Research & Testing
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to understand user pain points, needs, and aspirations.
- Analyze feedback to refine designs and run continuous data-driven improvements.
4) Design Thinking & Iteration
- Rapidly test and iterate on design ideas, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
- Work on visual identity of the product feature from both customer experience & marketing perspective.
5) Contribute to Product Strategy
- Participate in product brainstorming sessions to provide design insights from a user perspective.
- Collaborate on defining product roadmaps and feature requirements.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Interaction Design.
- You have demonstrated experience designing user-centric solutions for dashboards.
- You feel at home with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- You have some experience with animation and motion graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)
- You embrace a 'get it out there and iterate’ mindset.
- You’re a people person who has a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing).
