Skills  

• Experience in building or implementing requirements on ZOHO CRM plus products, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Work-drive, Zoho one 
• Experience in writing Zoho custom functions, with a deep understanding of Deluge, preferred 

• Experience and knowledge of relational databases including work with MongoDB, or other common RDBMS 

Job Responsibilities 

• Deliver technology solutions that are critical to the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the business 
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with business users 
• Document requirements for new features, data capture, process functions, reports, and training 

• Functional and System Knowledge 
• CRM customization and assisting CRM Implementation 
• Scripting/Configuring in Zoho CRM / Creator / Desk and other Zoho apps 
• Writing custom functions/ basic integrations/testing and implementing extensions custom functions for ZOHO CRM, Creator, and other Zoho Apps 
• Configuring APIs integration with various systems and Zoho Testing, creation of screens, functionality, and UI in Zoho Creator. 

• Understand system integrations and dependencies 
• Analyze the impact of changes on systems and integrations 
• Process mapping and workflow creation 
• Must have a Functional & Technical Understanding of Zoho applications. 
• Managing all Zoho applications for internal teams including - workflows, knowledge base setup, and user access management. 

• Understand requirements by function and setup processes in Zoho 
• Ensure smooth running of existing applications and handle any kind of challenge being faced by the team 
• Setup knowledge for users by the team, to learn and execute their set of processes 
• Identify opportunities for integration with external apps 
• Act as internal Zoho Support/Zoho creator desk to troubleshoot queries/issues 

• Train users to utilize their specific Zoho apps for their use case 
• Planned, implement, and manage process change initiatives with respective department heads. 
• Configuration of core Zoho Applications like CRM, Desk, Creator, Project, Campaign, etc. 
• Act as internal Zoho Support desk to troubleshoot queries/issues. 
• Conduct monthly reviews with teams to understand adoption/improvements 

• Plan, implement, and manage process change initiatives with respective department heads 
• Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions to increase Zoho adoption

You will work on designing a variety of products, including websites, Social Media creatives, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, and corporate identity.

• Creating all the digital collaterals like Social media creatives, Emailers, Google Display Ads, Creative videos, gifs etc.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements that convey an accurate message for the project.
• Producing print-ready collateral including brochures, posters, flyers, display stands etc.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with quality.
• With a knack for translating a creative brief into a work of art.
• Implement suggestions and modifications wherever possible.

• Any Bachelor’s degree. (BFA preferred but not essential).
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects etc.) and CorelDraw.
• Well-versed with Motion Graphic videos, and gifs.
• A meticulous eye for detail.
• Proactively work on creative ideas.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a graphics/web designer, visual designer, or similar role with an Ad agency/Media agency.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”

- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common

tasks

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

- A knack for benchmarking and optimization

- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines

MySQL - DBA L3 Support

• 7 -10  years of experience in MySQL, handled multiple versions & flavors of MySQL servers both for standalone & enterprise version, Data center and VM/Cloud setup.
• Strong database Configuration and troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of database backup and recovery concepts and practices.
• Enabling disabling scheduled Jobs on MySQL Server
• Work with Dev and DevOps engineers to ensure that all needed data is gathered and provided to them for any performance issues
• Experience in managing both on-prem DB as well as VM / cloud based DBs
• Maintenance of backups (perform backups, monitor backup, report obsolete backups)
• Maintenance of user access (creating user accounts, dropping user accounts, granting privileges)
• Maintenance of log and trace files (remove, initialize, archive them)
• Knowledge on SQL scripts
