Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Good Experience in Next.js
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

Role and Responsibilities-

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

What we offer you-

Fixed Pay- 2.9 to 3LPA

Performance based incentives-2 to 3LPA

Total Pay- 4.9 to 6LPA

• Solid experience in designing, implementing, and securing cloud environments, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudTrail.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, industry standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Familiarity with security scanning and monitoring tools, such as AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, or third-party solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and secure network architectures.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with application security testing tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, fuzzing, and secure coding patterns).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in incident handling and other related duties to support the information security function.
• The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Strong written and oral communication skills

What You'll Be Doing:

• You will partner with our globally distributed cross-functional teams (Product, Infrastructure, Engineering, Data Science) to conceptualize and develop new features and products in an Agile environment. 
• You will own end-to-end delivery of software components all the way to production, owning team features or systems. 
• You will be building web services and REST APIs at scale, and producing high-quality results with direct business impact. 
• You will be monitoring and improving existing deployments, ensuring that we are continuously improving our product. 
• You will be assisting our QA and support team in triaging and resolving production issues and addressing bugs.

What You'll Bring:

• You are interested in our tech stack (Java or Scala, SQL Databases, NoSQL, Microservices, and AWS)
• You will have strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, various programming languages, distributed systems, etc. 
• You understand engineering best practices and seek to improve engineering standards, tooling and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a Unity3D developer.
• Knowledge of 3D development and integrated game physics.
• Experience in mobile game development.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with memory and space optimization.
• Knowledge of scripting, animation, session management, and textures.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Cocos and Godot is an added advantage
