Job Title: Fullstack Developer

Experience Level: 5+ Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using modern technologies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and Python.
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices that support high-volume traffic and data.
• Develop front-end components and user interfaces using React.js.
• Leverage AWS services for deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudFormation, RDS).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Role - Manager - Social Media & Copy

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Ability to transform briefs into compelling copy in sync with brand philosophy
• Should be adept at ideation, strategy and copywriting for social media channels primarily Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Understanding of YouTube channels and ability to create content for the same (along with team members). Good to have: script writing
• Aware of social media analytics that can be optimized to create a data driven social media strategy
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the social media and YouTube channels content calendars are followed
• Guide team members for timely execution and reporting
• Should be creative and have a strong sense of design aesthetics
• In sync with social media trends and ability to transform them into actionable for the brand
• Impeccable English creative writing skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate about growing brands on digital.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years experience in social media
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Impeccable English writing skills, degree or postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or Copy Writing preferred
• Understanding of how to maintain consistent tone of voice across all brand channels
• Comfortable with both short and long format content (more of short format)
• Must have: Experience in copy writing for social media channels.
• Good to have: Script writing skills
• Previous experience in advertising agencies and D2C companies preferred
• History of successfully growing Instagram channel for a brand

What we are looking for:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

• Well versed with agile methodologies and experience on team mentoring and project management.
• Designing and Developing the systems with the right patterns and technology stack.

• 2-7 years of experience in Mobile application development domain
• A minimum 2 years of React native production level dev experience
• At least 2 React native published apps
• A firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• An expert level knowledge of React Native, Redux, Rx & related stack
• An excellent knowledge of Tools
• Some native Android & iOS development experience (preferable)
