Job Description:

1. Installing, Configuring, Managing, Monitoring and troubleshooting SQL Server 2005/2008/2008R2/2012/2014/2016
2. Database administration activities like Installation, Configuration, Backup & Recovery, and Database Security.
3. Providing availability solutions like Mirroring, Log Shipping, Replication and Always on.
4. Database Up gradation and Migration
5. Ensure performance monitoring, backup, restore, and security recovery solutions.
6. Troubleshooting expertise in SQL server issues under production environment.
7. Handling the entire production servers with skills and understanding client's requirement Experience in Database administration activities for DB Security (creating users, roles, and assigning permission to them).
8. Automating process by creating jobs, and error reporting using Alerts by SQL Server Agent.
9. Backup and Recovery strategy, Database Refreshes.
10. Creation and maintenance of Databases, creating Roles and managing user permissions.
11. Setting up, trouble shooting and maintenance of production server databases.
12. Providing Production support for Database and Applications.
13. SQL Server store procedure, functions, View, Index and trigger development.

 

Job requirement:

1. Deep understanding of OS and its management including kernel space management
2. Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments
3. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, Nginx, etc.
4. Experience in Monitoring tools like Nagios.
5. Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, etc.
6. Proficient with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HA Proxy, etc.
7. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Xen KVM and VMware.
8. Ability to build and monitor services on production servers

Requirements

• 3+ years work experience writing clean production code

The following would be your responsibilities:

• Assuming full-stack technical delivery of the Company’s SaaS platform under the direction of the CTO; supporting the architecture and development of the product platform;

• Supporting the policies, and procedures of Company’s platform security to adhere to industry­ standards and as may be requested in case of security audit requests;

• Helping in the creating/management of the Development, Testing (QA) and Production architecture, standards processes and procedures for the product/platform;

• Helping improve the technical team's processes as per our retrospective learnings and best practices;

• Estimating bug/feature implementation tasks to help with sprint/release planning

• Experience with creating, and maintaining third-party integration partner's technical relationships and APIs integration; including handling issues, version changes, and impacts to the platform;

• Delivering and Maintaining our continuously enhanced ODT product platform;

• Helping ensure the regular release, enhancement, maintenance and operation of the ODT DEV/TEST/PROD infrastructure and environment and uptime;
• Providing key inputs into the definition of the platform’s evolution from both a requirements and technical implementation and maintenance perspective; and

• Supporting Company business development and marketing activities to promote the sale and after-sale support to prospects and customers.

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators
