Engineering:

Company  is looking for results-oriented Engineers. An ideal candidate for us would be
a passionate builder of great products/frameworks and someone who would thrive in a

In this role, you will be responsible for building world-class technology products and
platforms that are at the forefront of the technology revolution in the Indian healthcare

Responsibilities :

● Research, design and build highly reliable, available, and scalable solutions that can
handle Millions of API calls across systems.
● Own large technical deliverables and execute in a structured manner, complete
ownership of functional Services that your team is responsible for.
● Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you build and
predictability of the deliverables of your team
● Lead by example, mentor and guide team members on everything from structured
problem solving to development of best practices
● Platformize components as libraries, utilities and servicify and promote reuse.
● Be able to conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
● Drive the technical roadmap of the team in collaboration with Product and Business
Teams.

Requirements:

● BTech, MTech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Or high technical acumen and rich technical experience.
● Deep expertise with any or combination programming languages: Java, Node.js,
Golang, JavaScript, any object-oriented high-level proprietary or open-source
language with strong programming constructs. Substantial experience in building
complex and scalable solutions.
● Strong object-oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and ability to
design intuitive module and class-level interfaces
● The ability to independently lead problem-solving and build elegant, maintainable
solutions to complex problems.
● Experience leading multi-engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers
● Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language on a Linux
platform
● Prior experience in working with Agile software methodologies ( Scrum, Kanban),
TDD, and Continuous Integration(CI/CD) a plus.
● Experience in building data-driven web application design and development is a plus
● Expert level experience in building a scalable, large, and complex business
application using some of the above technologies and mentoring junior engineers.
● Track record of building and delivering mission-critical, 24x7 production software
systems

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Build a low latency serving layer that powers DataWeave's Dashboards, Reports, and Analytics
functionality
● Build robust RESTful APIs that serve data and insights to DataWeave and other products
● Design user interaction workflows on our products and integrating them with data APIs
● Help stabilize and scale our existing systems. Help design the next generation systems.
● Scale our back end data and analytics pipeline to handle increasingly large amounts of data.
● Work closely with the Head of Products and UX designers to understand the product vision and design

Skills and Requirements:
● 5-7 years of experience building and scaling APIs and web applications.
● Experience building and managing large scale data/analytics systems.
● Have a strong grasp of CS fundamentals and excellent problem solving abilities. Have a good understanding of software design principles and architectural best practices.
● Be passionate about writing code and have experience coding in multiple languages, including at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
● Be able to argue convincingly why feature X of language Y rocks/sucks, or why a certain design decision is right/wrong, and so on.
● Be a self-starter—someone who thrives in fast paced environments with minimal ‘management’.
● Have experience working with multiple storage and indexing technologies such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elastic.
● Good knowledge (including internals) of messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
● Use the command line like a pro. Be proficient in Git and other essential software development tools.
● Working knowledge of large-scale computational models such as MapReduce and Spark is a bonus.
● Exposure to one or more centralized logging, monitoring, and instrumentation tools, such as Kibana, Graylog, StatsD, Datadog etc.
● Working knowledge of building websites and apps. Good understanding of integration complexities and dependencies.
● Working knowledge linux server administration as well as the AWS ecosystem is desirable.

The primary responsibility would be to coming up with optimized automated solutions of blending advertising information into images in a seamless manner.
