Job Description:

• Experience in Implementing and Upgrading uCMDB/NNMi/OMI.
• Must be able to handle customer environment and familiar with HA and DR setup
• Technical knowledge of Network and SNMP along with IP addressing and Basic NW troubleshooting skills
• Device discovery of various OEM's
• Customization of Business Views
• Expert technical knowledge of basic discovery

• Integrating HP uCMDB with Asset Management Solution
• Integrating HP uCMDB with Service Manager Solution
• Integrating HP uCMDB with Business Service Management Solution
• Developing customizations in Asset Management integration

• Developing customizations in Business Service Management integration
• General administration of UCMDB
• Developing custom/topology reports
• Expert technical Knowledge of Topology Query Language (TQL)
• Experience in configuring Enrichment/Impact rules
• Expert technical knowledge of modelling and views
• Should be comfortable with various operating systems usage – Linux, Windows
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience on Kubernetes, PostgreSQL is preferred.
• Must have experience in integration technologies and legacy Microfocus integrations including uCMDB-SM, OMi/OpsBridge-SM.
• Should be ready for domestic and international travel / onsite visits on need basis.

 

Additional Good to Have Skills:

• Integration experience with 3^rd party tools using API calls.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
