Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead Engineer (Full Stack) to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of our scalable web platforms and core application ecosystems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between front-end experiences and robust back-end systems. You will lead an agile development team through technical architecture, feature implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in both frontend and backend modern frameworks, a passion for system design, and practical experience building secure, scalable, and high-performance distributed web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end full-stack software development, architectural design, and system evolution.
• Backend Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant backend architectures, optimizing high-volume data ingestion pipelines and processing engines.
• Frontend Excellence: Direct the development of highly responsive, intuitive, and modular user interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience.
• API & Integrations: Architect secure RESTful APIs and integrate external enterprise platforms, third-party microservices, and identity providers.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor developers, run strict code reviews, define engineering best practices, and guide sprint-level execution.
• Data & Messaging: Maintain and optimize relational, NoSQL, and time-series databases alongside message queues for real-time application events.
• Production Ownership: Own technical troubleshooting for live production bottlenecks, system latency issues, and deployment bugs.
• Documentation: Create clean technical documentation, structural architecture diagrams, and system deployment guidelines.

Required Skills

• Experience: 6+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years leading engineering teams or owning technical delivery.
• Backend Core: Advanced hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, multithreading, and REST API development.
• Frontend Core: Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, and responsive CSS architectures.
• Data Platforms: Proficient with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/Caching systems (Redis, MongoDB).
• Messaging Systems: Experience implementing asynchronous workflows using message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Design Patterns: Strong grasp of microservices patterns, distributed system caching, load balancing, and failover mechanisms.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience deploying workloads to Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience setting up continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Exposure to system observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Education Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent exceptional hands-on full-stack engineering experience will be highly considered regardless of formal degree background.

Role Overview: The Customer Service Representative will manage all communications between customers and the brand across various channels. This is a critical and high-priority role that directly impacts brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via phone and email with a friendly, empathetic and professional approach.
• Provide prompt and clear responses to customer queries and concerns in accordance with brand guidelines and tonality.
• Suggest strategies and actions to be taken based on interactions with customers.
• Take leadership on all customer relationships and play a major role in creating a positive brand impression.

Requirements:

• Excellent people skills, customer-centric mindset and communication abilities with strong English and Hindi language skills.
• Strong observational and logical-reasoning skills with an entrepreneurial bent-of-mind.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other tools required for data management and prompt follow-up to customer queries.
• Personality, people and language skills are key. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not a prerequisite.

What we are scouting for

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience in IT
• 2+ years’ experience designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• A strong hands-on programming knowledge in Core Java including Java 8. To solve the problem given in optimized way.
• Strong knowledge on the Data structure and algorithm.
• Experience developing and designing API integrations using SOAP/RESTful
• Should be able to understand the time complexity of the existing algorithm. Able to compare different algorithms available.
• Expert understanding of the object-oriented design and programming concepts

• Used SQL & NoSQL solutions
• Experience in GIT/SVN, build tools such as Ant/Maven/Gradle

• Experience in Dependency Injection, Annotation, Validations, Auto Wiring
• Good knowledge in internal working on Memory Management, Transaction management
• Knowledge on DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins, tools for Code quality scan, tools for security scan
