Role Overview :

We’re looking for a technical, client-facing ERP/OMS Integrations Engineer to lead end-to-end implementation of order management systems for e-commerce clients. You’ll handle requirements gathering, system configuration, data flow mapping, integration, testing, and client training.

Mandatory Skills :

OMS/ERP integration (e.g., NetSuite, Skubana), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), REST APIs & JSON, data flow mapping, troubleshooting, project management, and client-facing software implementation experience (5+ years).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead OMS/ERP implementation projects.
• Integrate systems across e-commerce, warehouse, and accounting platforms.
• Troubleshoot data/integration issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams.
• Train clients and ensure successful onboarding.

Must-Have Skills :

• 5+ years in software implementation (client-facing preferred).
• Experience with OMS/ERP tools (e.g. NetSuite, Skubana, Brightpearl).
• Hands-on with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON.
• Excellent communication & project management skills.

Nice to Have :

• Scripting (Python/JavaScript/SQL)
• Experience with middleware (Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft)
• Background in supply chain or logistics.

Job Overview:

You will work in engineering and development teams to integrate and develop cloud solutions and virtualized deployment of software as a service product. This will require understanding the software system architecture function as well as performance and security requirements. The DevOps Engineer is also expected to have expertise in available cloud solutions and services, administration of virtual machine clusters, performance tuning and configuration of cloud computing resources, the configuration of security, scripting and automation of monitoring functions. This position requires the deployment and management of multiple virtual clusters and working with compliance organizations to support security audits. The design and selection of cloud computing solutions that are reliable, robust, extensible, and easy to migrate are also important.

Experience:

• Experience working on billing and budgets for a GCP project - MUST
• Experience working on optimizations on GCP based on vendor recommendations - NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in implementing the recommendations on GCP
• Architect Certifications on GCP - MUST
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) - MUST
• Excellent documentation skills on processes and steps and instructions- MUST
• At least 2 years of experience on GCP.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering OR Equivalent.
• Extensive scripting or programming experience (Shell Script, Python).
• Extensive experience working with CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins).
• Extensive experience working with GCP, Azure, or Cloud Foundry.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, elastic search).
• Must have 2 years of minimum experience with GCP certification.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

·       Having E2E responsibility for Azure landscape of our customers

·       Managing to code release and operational tasks within a global team with a focus on automation, maintainability, security and customer satisfaction

·       Make usage of CI/CD framework to rapidly support lifecycle management of the platform

·       Acting as L2-L3 support for incidents, problems and service request

·       Work with various Atos and 3rd party teams to resolve incidents and implement changes

·       Implement and drive automation and self-healing solutions to reduce toil

·       Enhance error budgets and hands on design and development of solutions to address reliability issues and/or risks

·       Support ITSM processes and collaborate with service management representatives

Job Requirements

·       Azure Associate certification or equivalent knowledge level

·       5+ years of professional experience

·       Experience with Terraform and/or native Azure automation

·       Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and toolset (i.e. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git)

·       Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever changing environment

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues

·       Understanding of Agile development and SCRUM concepts a plus

·       Experience with Kubernetes architecture and tools a plus
