Mandatory Skills:

• Around 3-6 years experience in Manual testing complex applications
• Should be able to follow the defined test plan/strategy and perform test execution and report defects/track to closure
• Should be able to grasp the complex business domain fast and be agile in supporting the Product releases
• Experience using at least one defect management tool – JIRA, HP ALM, ADO etc.
• Software lifecycle management skills: understand the application development tasks and plan testing

Day to day responsibilities : 

• Understand the requirements and plan strategically on attracting the right candidates. 
• Working collaboratively on scheduling interviews with the hiring team. 
• Being more transparent on hiring status. 
• Work closely with the hiring manager to understand the need of requirement, filtering applicants and building a holistic team. 
• Conducting the regular meetings with the managerial team to discuss the development of hiring. 
• Be the candidate champion in connecting, collaborating and communicating on the candidature status of the applicants 
• Responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
• Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities.
• Handles employee grievances and resolve
• Develop and implement human resource policies and process.
• Maintaining employee records and attendance management.

• Should have proven work experience in recruitment and HR operations. 
• Looking for an immediate to one month notice period candidate. 
• Should have 3- 5 years of experience in HR . 

Responsibilities and qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience
• Will own several parts of our tech stack, but primarily our Android app
• Build new functionality to the Android app and regularly re-architect it to keep up with latest technologies (e.g., Kotlin)
• Work on new tech that we are already a leading user of (e.g., Google Firebase)
• Work closely with the backend team to construct creative solutions
• Optimize, improve efficiency, scalability, stability of application
• MUST BE reliable, and be able to communicate clearly
• MUST BE able to own and deliver their own work within deadlines, professionally
• Should be passionate about building a strong engineering culture

Bonus Points for experience building high-scale applications, SDKs and other web technologies (like JavaScript).
