About the Role

Miror is looking for a dynamic, highly visible, and purpose-driven Nutritionist who can combine evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine principles, women's health expertise, community engagement, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be able to build a personal brand while contributing to Miror's mission of holistic health and preventive wellness.

This role is inspired by the modern integrative nutrition model where nutrition extends beyond calorie counting and focuses on root-cause healing, gut health, hormones, lifestyle medicine, emotional well-being, and sustainable behavior change.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Clinical Consultations

2.     Conduct one-on-one nutrition and lifestyle consultations.

3.     Design personalized nutrition and wellness plans.

4.     Support clients with:

a.     Weight management

b.     Gut health

c.     Women's hormonal health

d.     PCOS

e.     Thyroid disorders

f.      Metabolic health

g.     Stress management

h.     Lifestyle disorders

i.       Preventive healthcare

j.       Track client progress and outcomes.

k.     Functional & Integrative Health

l.       Apply root-cause and functional wellness approaches.

m.   Assess lifestyle, sleep, stress, emotional health, movement, and dietary patterns.

5.     Work collaboratively with doctors, psychologists, coaches, and wellness experts.

6.     Recommend evidence-based nutrition interventions and supplementation where appropriate.

7.     Community Building

8.     Conduct monthly webinars and workshops.

9.     Lead health challenges and community engagement programs.

10.  Host Q&A sessions and group coaching programs.

11.  Build strong relationships with Miror members and clients.

12.  Content & Thought Leadership

13.  Create educational content including:

a.     Reels

b.     Videos

c.     Blogs

d.     Podcasts

f.      Newsletters

14.  Simplify complex health topics for public understanding.

15.  Represent Miror at events, panels, podcasts, and wellness forums.

17.  Collaborate with healthcare professionals and wellness experts.

18.  Build referral relationships with doctors and clinics.

19.  Participate in corporate wellness programs.

20.  Support strategic wellness partnerships.

21.  Business Growth

a.     Contribute to consultation revenue targets.

b.     Develop new wellness programs and offerings.

c.     Support lead generation through educational initiatives.

d.     Convert webinar and community participants into coaching clients.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.

·       Certification in Functional Medicine, Integrative Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, or Health Coaching preferred.

·       Minimum 10 years of consulting experience.

Strong understanding of:

·       Gut health

·       Women's health

·       Hormonal balance

·       Functional nutrition

·       Preventive healthcare

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience as a leader with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Javascript, HTML, C++, PHP, Angular, Ajax, Rest Api, Node.Js, JQuery, MySQL, API Oath Integration, Shopify, Open Source app development, Social media Developer tool.
