Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Writer with proven experience in SaaS and e-commerce product / marketing content — someone who can craft clear, compelling content that translates Selectvia’s linking-and-multichannel value proposition into business-friendly language.
You will produce content for Selectvia itself as well as its clients, helping brands tell their story around link-consolidation, multi-channel selling, and traffic-to-conversion flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Write SEO-optimized blogs, website copy, case studies, feature-explainers, and social media content around e-commerce SaaS, linking solutions, and conversion optimisation.
- Develop client-facing content for e-commerce brands: product storytelling, marketplace listing guidance, ad copy, campaign landing pages.
- Translate Selectvia’s key messages — such as “one link for multiple platforms”, “immersive buyer experience”, “drive Instagram traffic to your stores”. selectvia.com
- Work closely with marketing, design, growth and client teams to ensure brand voice consistency, alignment with business objectives, and measurable outcomes (traffic, link clicks, conversions).
- Research relevant keywords, topics, and competitor content in the SaaS + e-commerce space to maintain thought leadership and content relevance.
- Create short-form content and captions for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social channels geared towards both SaaS-buyers (brands/merchants) and D2C sellers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of content writing experience focused on SaaS, martech, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong capability in crafting marketing-led content, with excellent command of English writing, clarity of messaging, and storytelling.
- Comfort writing for both B2B (e-commerce platforms / SaaS) and B2C (e-commerce brand) audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, digital sales funnels, and multi-channel commerce linking.
- Prior experience writing content about link-distribution, marketing automation, social-to-commerce journeys or marketplace selling is a strong plus.
- Bonus: Experience using AI writing assistants, analytics tools, or content optimisation platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Leading & Building content marketing strategy for Slurrp farm and specific marquee campaigns as a part of content marketing roadmap that includes Digital/ Performance/ Social & Editorial partnerships, CRM, PR & Publicity Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent, in terms of style, quality & tone of voice across channels
Partner with the creative, studio, and external agency teams to build content assets needed for campaigns and season launches
Deep dive into consumption outcomes and marketing impact and continually experiment on marketing approaches and tactics to build organic traffic for the brand
Maintain, develop & execute master content calendar for the brand
What to bring
8-10 years of experience in In-house creative studio/ agency along with deep knowledge and experience in driving & managing digital content marketing
BA in literature (mandatory) & MA (preferred) or similar qualification
Consumer Tech/ FMCG / D2C experience is highly desirable
Should possess leadership skills to lead the content team to successful completion of its objectives
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with timelines
