Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Python with strong experience in Django Rest Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Django ORM.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of NLP, ML models, and related engineering practices (preferred).
• Familiarity with LLMs, RLHF, transformers, embeddings (a plus).
• Prior experience in building or scaling a SaaS platform (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail with experience integrating testing into development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python (Django Rest Framework).
• Work with Django ORM to build efficient database-driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance the Wokelo platform.
• Contribute to NLP engineering and ML model development to power GenAI solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ensure testing and code quality are embedded into the development process.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Support the transition of prototypes into production-ready features on our SaaS platform.
• Perform adhoc tasks as and when required/assigned by manager.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing robust, mobile-friendly Web & Mobile applications which includes managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment

Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications

Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software

Provide feedback to management during the development process

Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs

Support customer requirements for the team within established SLA’s.

Provide technical expertise to resolve service impacting incidents and problems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Total Experience 3-10 years in the relevant field
• Engineering Degree in Computer Science from a reputed institute
• 2-3 years of technology experience
• Extensive experience in Coding C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Design Pattern, SQL queries
• 2+ years experience with design patterns and best practices
• 2+ years HTML, CSS, JavaScript, emphasis on frameworks such as Angular 7+, React (good to have)
• Ability to realize and implement Design Comps into a aesthetically pleasing web experience.
• Ability to design and develop for Mobile (Experience with Xamarin will be an added advantage)
• Proven past experience of Azure storage and SQL Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Lead / Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence best practices. This role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex Power BI solutions that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization.

Location - Pune (Hybrid 3 days)

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Develop and maintain data models (star schema, snowflake schema) for optimal data analysis and reporting.

Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation using SQL and other ETL tools.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective and insightful reports.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power BI dashboards and reports.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the Power BI ecosystem.

Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry best practices.

Contribute to the development and improvement of the organization's data and analytics strategy.

May lead and mentor a team of junior Power BI developers.

Qualifications:

8-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Proven expertise in Power BI development, including DAX, advanced data modeling techniques.

Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and views.

Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and proactively.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Develop firmware, system software for medical devices\ Automotive ECUs\ IoT edge devices & gateways.  Implement the logic and protocols and communications on 32-bit microcontrollers, configure OS, timers, tasks, interrupts, and communicate with external modems, SoCs, trans-receivers to design, code, and test desired functionality as per customer requirements

Job Requirements :

• Hands-on experience in firmware development using C language
• Hands-on experience in writing low-level device drivers for microcontrollers
• Know of real-time Operating system concepts, tasks, and interrupts’ configuration
• Hands-on experience with in-circuit debuggers
• Knowhow of wired and wireless communication protocols 
• Basic understanding of HW circuits, power supply designs, sensors, and actuators’ interfaces
• Experience in implementing SW development quality processes like ISO 9001 or ASPICE
• Good written and oral communication skills
