Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Statistical Programmer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the development, quality control, and documentation of statistical (SAS) programming deliverables for clinical research studies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Lead and oversee the development of SAS programs for the management and statistical analysis of clinical trial data.

2.      Develop, test, and validate statistical tables, listings, and graphs (TLGs) in support of the statistical analysis plan.

3.      Support the generation and review of protocols, data management plans, study reports, and other regulatory documents.

4.      Provide input to the statistical analysis plan, table shells, data integration plans, and mock-ups.

5.      Ensure data quality by designing and validating key data checks and listings.

6.      Develop specifications for derived datasets and perform data transformation as necessary.

7.      Collaborate effectively with data management and biostatistics teams, clinicians, and other project stakeholders.

8.      Guide junior programmers and provide mentoring as needed.

9.      Keep abreast of new developments in SAS programming and clinical research, and act as a subject matter expert for the team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1.      Bachelor's or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.      Minimum of 3 plus years of statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.

3.      Excellent SAS programming skills and proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS/Graph, and SAS/STAT.

4.      Familiarity with CDISC SDTM and ADaM data standards.

5.      In-depth understanding of clinical trial data and extremely complex statistical methods.

6.      Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

7.      Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable results.

8.      Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9.      Prior experience leading teams or projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

1.      Experience in oncology, immunology, respiratory, infectious diseases, or neurosciences is a plus.

2.      Knowledge of other statistical software such as R or Python is a plus.

3.      Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA/ICH) is preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Incident Management Associate to oversee the end-to-end management of production incidents and ensure timely restoration of IT services. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional technical teams, drive incident resolution, facilitate stakeholder communication, and minimize business impact through effective incident management practices.

This role requires working in a 24x7 rotational support environment, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Major and High-Priority Incidents from identification through resolution and closure.
• Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate with application, infrastructure, cloud, network, database, and support teams to expedite resolution.
• Ensure timely incident response, escalation, communication, and resolution in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Monitor incident queues and prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency.
• Provide regular status updates to business stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership during critical incidents.
• Coordinate technical teams to identify workarounds and restore services as quickly as possible.
• Conduct post-incident reviews (PIRs), document root causes, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Track recurring incidents and collaborate with Problem Management teams to drive permanent resolutions.
• Maintain incident documentation, dashboards, and reports for operational reviews and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident Management processes and organizational governance.
• Support change implementation activities and assess potential impacts during planned maintenance windows.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continual service improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Incident Management, IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Production Support.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL best practices.
• Experience managing Major Incidents in enterprise production environments.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required Technical Skills

• ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, or equivalent.
• Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Grafana, SolarWinds, or similar.
• Ticketing and Incident Tracking Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments, networking, databases, and enterprise applications is an advantage.

The Security Architect leads the design and development of innovative security architectures for protecting data deployed into different types of cloud and cloud/hybrid systems. This position will directly contribute to the overall global enterprise cloud architecture and lead the security vision and strategy around cloud-based applications, across all types (including Infrastructure, Platform, and Software as a Service (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).

Job Description

The Security Architect will serve as the central point of contact for other Technology teams within the Organization for all matters related to cloud security.

The successful candidate possesses the excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to partner with other leaders across the business to identify opportunities and risks and develop and deliver solutions that support business strategies and protect the intellectual property globally.

Expertise – Collaborate with Application Owners, Technical Owners, Platform Leads, and Information Security teams, to architect and design cloud security solutions.

Knowledge of cloud security services such as Azure and AWS is essential

Delivery – Complete architecture assessments across projects, prove use of security solutions to support new distributed computing solutions that span private cloud and public cloud services.

Responsibilities Include

• Design and develop security architectures for cloud and cloud/hybrid based systems. Possess a firm understanding of the offerings within both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Microsoft Azure platforms. Based on business requirements, design and implement cloud-native architecture and design that will allow those requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk and with appropriate security controls present.

• Represent the Corporate Information Security Office in development and implementation of the overall global enterprise cloud architecture.

• Act as the ambassador and senior technical representative for Information Security while engaging with other senior technical leaders throughout the Organization in design and implementation of cloud and cloud/hybrid based implementations and solutions.

• Work with Engineering, Infrastructure Services, and Application Development organizations to choose appropriate technology solutions and facilitates complete integration. Develops standards in partnership with Engineering, Infrastructure Services, and Application Development.

• Lead training and technical forums, serve as both a formal and informal mentor, and execute other initiatives designed to share knowledge across Security and Technology groups.

• Identify, recommend, coordinate, and/or conduct informal/formal training sessions to deliver timely knowledge to support teams regarding technologies, processes or tools.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase Cloud Security knowledge throughout the enterprise, as well as developing and mentoring more-junior security analysts and engineers.

• 5-8 years of experience with Security Architect and/or Engineering.

• 3-5 years of experience with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Experience architecting solutions within Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and, preferably, other cloud providers.

• Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes (secure software development (Application Security), data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments.

• Working knowledge of common and industry standard cloud-native/cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID, etc).

• Experience with deployment orchestration, automation, and security configuration management preferred.

• Experience with service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services.

• Experience working with cloud security and governance tools, cloud access security brokers (CASBs), and server virtualization technologies.
