Role Summary 

The AWS Practice Lead is a senior technical leader responsible for driving AWS architecture, delivery excellence, customer engagement, and practice growth at AuxoAI. This role involves designing enterprise-scale cloud and AI solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and working closely with AWS stakeholders to position AuxoAI as a leading Enterprise AI and Cloud Transformation partner. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Technical Leadership 

• Define and drive AWS architecture strategy across engagements 
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective solutions 
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices 
• Lead architecture reviews and provide oversight on complex programs 

2. Delivery Leadership 

• Partner with delivery and account teams to ensure successful execution 
• Guide engineering teams on technical decisions and challenges 
• Ensure delivery quality aligned with AWS Well-Architected principles 
• Identify and mitigate risks across projects 

3. AWS Partnership & Customer Engagement 

• Act as the technical lead for AWS partnership initiatives 
• Collaborate with AWS teams on joint opportunities 
• Lead customer workshops, executive briefings, and solution design sessions 
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and technical presentations 

4. AI & Data Innovation 

• Lead AI/ML, Generative AI, and data analytics solutions on AWS 
• Architect modern AI applications using AWS services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker) 
• Advise customers on AI adoption, modernization, and data strategy 
• Drive innovations in GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation 

5. Practice Building 

• Build and mentor AWS architecture and engineering teams 
• Drive certifications and skill development 
• Create reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices 
• Support hiring and growth of the AWS practice 

Required Qualifications 

Experience 

• 12+ years in cloud architecture / consulting / enterprise technology 
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS architecture experience 
• Proven expertise in large-scale cloud transformation programs 
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills 

Technical Skills 

• AWS Core: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ELB, Control Tower

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in AWS infrastructure, deployment, migration, and cloud operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing AWS services such as EC2, EBS, S3, EFS, and FSx, along with infrastructure provisioning, migration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and manage AWS infrastructure environments.
• Perform application and infrastructure migration to AWS.
• Provision and manage EC2 instances, including configuration, scaling, patching, and troubleshooting.

Own end-to-end solution architecture for a cloud-based cybersecurity platform operating at massive scale (millions of assets), spanning multiple product modules and a broad third-party integration ecosystem.

What They'll Do 

Define and own the overall solution architecture across multiple product modules (e.g., detection, response, asset inventory, reporting), ensuring they work as a coherent, scalable system rather than disconnected parts 

Design for scale: architecture that reliably handles millions of assets/endpoints with predictable performance, cost, and reliability as volume grows 

Lead cloud infrastructure architecture decisions, compute, storage, networking, multi-region/multi-tenant strategy, disaster recovery 

Architect and govern third-party integrations (SIEM/SOAR, ticketing, identity providers, cloud provider APIs, threat intel feeds, etc.), define integration patterns, data contracts, and reusable frameworks rather than one-off connections 

Create and maintain architecture roadmaps, capacity plans, and technical strategy aligned with product/business roadmap 

Set architectural standards and guardrails (scalability, security, data flow, API design) across engineering teams 

Act as the technical bridge between engineering, product, security, and infrastructure/DevOps teams 

Conduct architecture reviews, threat-model system designs, and identify scaling bottlenecks or single points of failure before they hurt production 

Own key non-functional requirements: performance, availability, security, cost-efficiency, compliance 

Support presales/enterprise customer conversations on architecture, especially for large or complex deployments 

Evaluate and select core technologies (data stores, messaging systems, orchestration, IaC tooling) 

What They Should Have 

8–12+ years in software/infra engineering, with 4+ years specifically in a solution/enterprise architect role 

Proven experience architecting systems at scale (millions of records/assets/events), not just designing on paper, but having operated such systems in production 

Deep cloud architecture expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure), multi-account/multi-tenant design, cost optimization, networking, IAM 

Strong grasp of distributed systems patterns: data partitioning, eventual consistency, event-driven architecture, caching strategies

Experience designing integration architectures (APIs, webhooks, message queues) across many heterogeneous third-party systems 

Security architecture fluency,this is a security product, so the architect must think adversarially about their own system 

Ability to produce architecture documentation (C4 diagrams, ADRs, data flow diagrams) that both engineers and executives can use 

Track record of cross-functional influence, able to align multiple engineering teams around a shared architecture without direct authority 

Cybersecurity domain knowledge (SIEM/EDR/CNAPP/CSPM concepts, threat detection pipelines), or equivalent adjacent domain with fast ramp-up ability

We are looking for a Principal Architect for a Private Equity backed, fast growing AI First Product Engineering Services firm.

This role will be a key member of the core leadership team of the firm.

He/ She will serve as a strategic technical leader, solution designer, and customer advisor. In this role, you will combine deep and broad-based technical expertise with strong business acumen to architect high-value solutions, lead pre-sales engagements, and mentor our practice/CoE team. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and guide delivery teams in successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Solutioning & Pre-Sales

●     Engage with customers, understand their business context, and guide them through a discovery and design process leading to a proposed solution

●     Work with sales teams to develop winning proposals, RFP responses, and technical presentations.

●     Will need to take single point ownership of the pre sales process, including client interactions, proposal preparation, presentations, pricing etc

●     Drive proof-of-concepts as part of the pre sales process

2. Delivery

Skills/Qualifications:

●     15+ years of overall experience with a blend of architecting, pre sales and technical delivery

●     Should be leading a pre-sales unit in a services organization. Hands-on with designing solutions, proposal writing, estimation, pricing and customer presentations.

●     Broad based technical expertise and having played a Sr Architect role for at least 2 years

●     Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

●     Experience working in an IT services environment in the Product Engineering space (i.e designing and building bespoke products/solutions)
