As a QA Engineer – Manual Testing, you will take ownership of ensuring the reliability, functionality, and user experience of our product. EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS?

● Lead the manual testing efforts for Incruiter’s SaaS applications (web)

● Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios.

● Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing to ensure high-quality releases.

● Use Postman to validate and test APIs. Identify, log, and track bugs to closure using tools like Jira, TestRail, and Bugzilla.

● Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

● Prepare and maintain QA documentation (test reports, defect analysis, test strategies).

● Mentor and guide junior QA members, ensuring adherence to best practices.

● Own the QA sign-off process before each release.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● 2+ years of strong hands-on experience in manual testing (SaaS/product- based environment preferred).

● Proven expertise in testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.

● Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.

● Proficiency in using Postman for API testing.

● Good to have Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, and Bugzilla.

● Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

● Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. As a Key Account Manager, you will be developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts and handling off-premise as well on on-premise sales.

What you will do:

• Handling key accounts, strategizing and driving sales and ensuring increase in business for the company
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of the business needs and requirements of the key customers
• Educating and updating the customers about the company’s products
• Serving as an important link of communication between key customers and the management
• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with the customers, obtaining feedback from customers and also handling escalations, if any
• Handling contracts and renewal with regards to the key accounts assigned
• Handling the commercial agreements, pricing, quotations etc. of the key accounts managed and reporting the same to the management
• Periodic review and course correction of sales plans as well as the key accounts and reporting the same to the management
• Handling internal stakeholders such as various internal teams and external stakeholders such as customers
• Analyzing and having an in-depth knowledge of competition and current market trends and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals
• Ensuring compliance of Government rules, laws and regulations while handling various documents, contracts and agreements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any graduate degree    
• 4+ years of experience in the Hospitality industry in a senior Procurement role
• Ability and experience in leading a team
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven

• Experience in software development, prototyping, functional analysis, integration, and testing.
• Experience with Javascript and RESTful technologies including building RESTful APIs
• In-depth understanding of the JavaScript programming languages especially Angular and node.js and the ability to peer review other engineer's code constructively
• Highly skilled at problem-solving, unit-testing, and debugging.
• Expert understanding of best practice engineering principles for building MEAN applications.
• In-depth knowledge of database systems and an understanding of data structures, data normalization, and query performance considerations. Particularly Non-Relational/NoSQL databases including MongoDB.
• Automated unit testing and CI experience
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts pictorially, orally or in writing.
• Docker experience desired
• Ability to learn business rules quickly by reading requirements, engaging in conversation, or reverse engineering.
• Expertise in source code control and versioning concepts.

• Consolidation and Reporting of Periodic Financial Performance (under IFRS)Reporting under different GAAPs (India, Singapore, etc.) for statutory purposes
• Liaising with consultants for the Statutory / Internal / Tax Audits / Due-diligences when necessary
• Month-end closure including General Ledger, Intercompany entries
• Procure to Pay (including accounting, agreements) for one of the important business drivers
• Maintaining Fixed Asset register
• Monthly general operating expense closure which includes preparation and posting monthly accruals, prepayments, depreciation related journals, and analysis of the monthly movement of general operating expenses

Requirements

• Qualified CA with at least 2 years post qualification, industry experience
• International accounting/taxation
• Experience in IFC Framework
• Hands-on knowledge of Indirect tax and Direct tax compliances of more than one country
• Process orientated with good problem-solving skills
• Proficient knowledge in using Microsoft - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
