As a part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the support capabilities for real-time transaction monitoring, end-to-end. In this role, you will be working to find creative solutions that improve our customer’s experience and brand reputation when facing technical issues on the platform. You will be responsible for release management, tracing and monitoring real-time transactions through various systems end-to-end, displaying key information, and provided with controls necessary to mitigate incidents.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production supportResponsibilities:Set up the AWS services and manage serversKnowledge and hands on experience on AWS Devops for minimum 3 yearsAble to handle deployment and automate the deployment processHandle the release management and streamline the sameAnswer inquiries and resolve issues that come into the platform via email, phone and forums.Work with documentation experts to create and revise user guides and identify areas that could be clarified and enhanced on the Gateway developer portal.Analyze server logs to investigate customer-reported issues.Troubleshoot issues and create step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue along with solutions.Escalate issues and feature requests to the appropriatelyCommunicate with other teams such as operations, and our partner teams to ensure all issues are fully resolved.Requirements:BE/B.TechMust have skills: Production Support Experience, UNIX, MongoDB, Investment Banking Knowledge, Good CommunicationGood to have skills: Scripting Knowledge, AWS Devops experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to summarize key messagesStrong client driven approach & service orientedStrong process orientation on Incident and Release management.Willingness to work in shifts
