We are hiring Corporate Sales professionals to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Large Corporate and SME accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new Large Corporate and SME clients through direct B2B business development.

Generate new business and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct market development, networking, referrals, and industry connections.

Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, CFOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance and risk management solutions.

Drive cross-selling, up-selling, client retention, and portfolio growth.

Coordinate with underwriting, placement, claims, servicing, and operations teams.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in Corporate/B2B Sales within General Insurance, Insurance Broking, Insurance Consultancy, or Risk Advisory.

Strong direct market and new business acquisition experience.

Experience in EB, Non-EB, or both is acceptable.

Group Insurance experience such as GHI/GMC/GPA is preferred.

Candidates from Direct and Non-Retail Insurance Sales backgrounds are preferred.

Strong corporate/SME client network.

Candidates with revenue targets and incentive-driven sales experience will be preferred.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Insurance will be an advantage

1. Need Senior DC Billing Architect\Lead having 4-12 years of experience in PnC Domain & DC Billing.
2. He must have worked on multiple DC Implementation projects and should have sound knowledge of Duck Creek Billing with good hands on experience.
3. Must have good communication skills and should be able to drive\participate in technical discussions with Client technical team.

System Analyst

The individual in this role will gather, document, and analyze client functional, transactional, and insurance business requirements across all insurance functions and third-party integrations. System Analyst will also work within a cross-functional project team to provide business analytical support and leadership from the business side.  The individual will play a highly visible, client-facing, and the consultative role and have the ability to offer system solutions to enhance client implementations and transform client workflow and business processes. Individual should be very good in mapping business functions / attributes with the Insurance rules and data.

Skills Required:

• A successful candidate in this role must:
• Good hands-on skills in Oracle, PL/SQL, TSQL
• Object oriented knowledge should be good
• Have Functional knowledge on P & C
• Overall Tech - 60% and Functional - 40%

Primary Skills:

• Good Data Mapping knowledge, RDBMS / SQL Knowledge
