About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-obsessed, audit-minded individual who can review community payouts and assess the integrity of content-rewarded campaigns. This role focuses on verifying the financial flow within our ambassador and student partner programs - ensuring every task approved and paid is legitimate, value-aligned, and well-documented.
You’ll work alongside finance, community, and content teams to spot inconsistencies, trace fraud patterns, and recommend tighter controls - while gaining a front-row seat to how creator programs scale in the crypto world.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit weekly and monthly content payout logs across platforms (X, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, etc.)
- Match user-submitted links with verified social handles and actual deliverables
- Flag duplicate submissions, fake accounts, or suspicious engagement metrics
- Recommend process improvements and automation for payout validation
- Maintain audit trails and summaries of reviewed cases
- Liaise with the ambassador support team to resolve flagged disputes
- Support rollout of AI or rule-based tools for proactive fraud detection
- Analyze historical data on past ambassador and influencer campaigns
- Develop forecasting models to predict monthly/quarterly community spending
