Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Avalon Solutions, preferably with expertise in the fashion & luxury sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing AI tools for creative designs and have a strong skill set for creating compelling visuals for social media and digital platforms.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.   Design Creation:

• Create innovative, high-end designs for various luxury products, tailored for social media graphics and website elements, good to have experience in jewelry industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.
• Incorporate cutting-edge design techniques, including AI tools, to produce innovative visuals.

2.   Brand Consistency:

·        Create engaging content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

·        Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.

·        Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to the evolution of the brand identity.

3.   Software Proficiency:

·        Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and experience with AI design tools.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

·        Excellent skills in color theory, typography, and layout design.

4.   Feedback Incorporation:

·        Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design iterations.

·        Present design concepts and ideas to team members for review and approval.

5.   Project Management:

·        Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·        Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

·        1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.

·        Experience in the e-commerce, jewelry or luxury industry is ideal.

·        Good to have experience in marketing or advertising agency.

Skills:

·        Strong creative and conceptual thinking.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·        Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager with mandatory hands-on experience in Inventory systems, and UI/Platform product ownership. 🎯 Required Qualifications & Mandatory Skills

✅ 3–4 years of product management experience in travel tech, hospitality, OTA, marketplace, or related B2C products.

✅ Mandatory experience working on Inventory systems, including hotel inventory workflows and related processes.

✅ Mandatory experience with Extranet tools/platforms used by partners/hotels to manage content, availability, and settings.

✅ Mandatory experience owning Platform & UI features, including defining user-centric interfaces and platform components.

✅ Proven track record of defining product requirements and driving feature execution with cross-functional teams.

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Experience working in Agile environments and using product analytics tools (data-driven decision making).

🔹 Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for hotel inventory, partner extranet tools, and platform UI features.

🔹 Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities.

🔹 Translate business goals and user insights into clear product requirements and feature specifications.

🔹 Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

🔹 Prioritise product backlogs and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

🔹 Leverage data and user feedback to track product performance and inform iterative improvements.

🔹 Engage and partner with internal stakeholders and hotel partners to gather feedback and ensure product alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Speech Recognition model development across multiple languages.
• Solve critical real-world scenarios - Noisy channel ASR performance, Multi speaker detection, etc.
• Implement and deliver PoC's /UATs products on the Rezo platform.
• Responsible for product performance, robustness and reliability.

Requirements:

• 2+ years Experience with Bachelors's/Master degree with a focus on CS, Machine Learning, and Signal Processing.
• Strong knowledge of various ML concepts/algorithms and hands-on experience in relevant projects.
• Experience in machine learning platforms such as TensorFlow, and Pytorch and solid programming development skills (Python, C, C++ etc).
• Ability to learn new tools, languages and frameworks quickly.
• Familiarity with databases, data transformation techniques, and ability to work with unstructured data like OCR/ speech/text data.
