Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Governance: Maintain, update, and streamline daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics: Analyze historical data, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify business bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
• Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR) to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes, gather requirements for system upgrades, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve workflow automation.
• Predictive Forecasting: Utilize statistical data to help leadership forecast revenue, demand, and resource allocation.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join finance team in abroad countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and identify areas for improvement in processes and controls.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating content for ongoing campaigns such as writing copy for email marketing campaigns & WebStories, writing answers on Quora, copywriting for creatives etc.
2. Coordinate with the internal and external team for content creation and ensuring that the writing is consistent and in line with the overall campaign and brand requirements
3. QA for all the content deliverables shared by the freelancers/content agencies 
4. Perform keyword research based on the campaign requirements to make sure the writing is search engine friendly
5. Perform content strategy to come up with new ideas for content creation for the website 
6. Plan weekly deliverables along with the Organic Growth team and manage the requirements, blockers (if any) to ensure smooth flow and timely completion of work
7. Analyse competitor’s presence on different platforms and come up with suggestions to help the Growth team scale with the help of personalized content
