Position Overview:

This is a start-up-style customer success/service role where responsibilities may shift as we adapt to what works best for our learners. The Learner Success Manager will play a key role in supporting learners through live classes, 1:1 support, small group orientation sessions, and ongoing communication through Slack, phone calls, email, or video meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live classes and facilitate workshops through platform/technical support, time management, and learner check-ins through multiple communication outlets (individual and small group).
• Offer empathetic and motivational support in both live sessions and support tickets.

IT Operations Management:

 Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, service desk, data center,

and network management.

 Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT services and

platforms.

 Implement and uphold ITIL best practices across incident, change, problem, and

service management.

migration of services and minimal disruption.

 Identify risks and mitigation strategies during the transition phase.

Vendor and Compliance Management:

 Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance.

 Ensure adherence to industry standards, security practices, and regulatory

requirements.

 Participate in IT budgeting, procurement, and capacity planning.

Requirements and Qualifications
