Job Title: Oracle Channel Revenue Management (CHRM) / Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant

Job Summary

experienced Oracle Channel Revenue Management (CHRM) / Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Trade Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Customer Programs, Supplier Programs, Claims & Deductions, and integrating these processes with Order Management, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Programs (Incentives & Filebacks)

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for customer incentive and rebate programs.
• Configure customer trade programs including:
• Customer Rebates
• Volume Incentives
• Lump Sum Offers
• Accrual Programs
• Off-Invoice Promotions
• Scan-Based Offers
• Design and implement Chargebacks and Fileback (Resale) processes.
• Configure trade fund budgets, accruals, fund allocation, and liability management.
• Ensure customer incentive programs comply with pricing and revenue recognition policies.

Supplier Programs

• Configure Supplier Rebates and Ship-and-Debit programs.
• Implement supplier claim submission, validation, approval, and settlement workflows.
• Perform supplier accrual reconciliation and adjustment activities.
• Support cost recovery and distributor margin protection initiatives.

Claims & Deductions

• Configure:
• Customer Claims
• Deductions
• Overpayments
• Non-Invoice Deductions
• Design deduction validation, dispute handling, and settlement processes.
• Configure Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Chargeback, and Write-Off processes.
• Improve deduction aging and automate claim resolution workflows.

Order Management (OM) Integration

• Configure and support Oracle Order Management throughout the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
• Integrate Order Management with:
• Oracle Pricing
• Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Oracle Channel Revenue Management
• Troubleshoot order, pricing, accrual, and claim integration issues.
• Ensure accurate downstream accounting and financial postings.

Project Delivery & Support

• Conduct business workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Prepare:
• Functional Design Documents (FDD)
• Configuration Documents (BR100)
• Functional Specifications
• Test Scripts
• Support SIT, UAT, Data Migration, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and extensions.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Oracle Channel Revenue Management (CHRM)
• Oracle Order Management (OM)
• Oracle Trade Management
• Hands-on experience in:

• Experience integrating Oracle OM with:

• Experience in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and AMS support.
• Expertise in preparing Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Review Criteria

• Strong Business Analyst Profile
• Total 4+ YOE, of which 2+ Business Analysis
• Must have expertise in Workflows, API documentation and UI/UX specifications
• Must have experience with API integrations and troubleshooting and conducting UATs
• Must have working knowledge of RDBMS and basic SQL and Excel
• Must be a commerce graduate
• Any company (Preferred B2B SaaS (RetailTech, ERP, OMS, POS, E-commerce SaaS, Logistics)
• Candidate must be based in Kolkata, or a native of Kolkata or nearby states, (Bihar/ Jharkhand) and wanting to relocate back

Preferred

• Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Visily.
• Experience in Order Management System or POS product

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analysis, testing and release to production tasks of our software product’s features.

• Converting business problems into functional requirements (User stories, API Documentation, UI/UX, workflow, scenarios).
• Troubleshoot problems encountered in integration by understanding the API response - relating to the functional understanding.
• Interacting with the solution architect in supporting to architect the solution.
• Coordinating with the development team on a day-to-day basis to develop the specifications into the product solution.
• Conduct user acceptance test to ensure requirement fulfilment.
• At times he/she would also have to interact with the clients to clarify requirements.
• Conduct training and provide documentation to share the knowledge of newly developed features.
• Provide support on gaps (if any) on the developed features.
• Exposure on product management as client requirements backlog/ ideas needs to be managed. A good exposure for aspiring product managers.
• Use world’s most famous SDLC tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visily.
