Roles and Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients.
● Understand customer business requirements and configure the platform accordingly.
● Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions(configurations, integrations etc), and user training.
● Guide clients through implementation and ensure timely go-live.
● Resolve client queries and coordinate with the Internal teams whenever required.
● Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Programs (Incentives & Filebacks)
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for customer incentive and rebate programs.
