Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts.

• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status in the CRM

system.

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate

information.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and facilitating the return or exchange of equipment as needed.

Administrative Tasks

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

• Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and other events.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Sales Data and Reporting

• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.

• Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure

alignment and support for sales initiatives.

• Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, ideally in an equipment or industrial

sales environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with sales processes and equipment industry standards is a plus.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management. The ideal candidate should be skilled in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP TM modules, including Freight Order management, rate calculation, and logistics integration. Prior experience in handling business process configuration and client interaction is a must.

Job location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Chennai/Hyderabad 

Experience- 3 to 10 years 

Skill: Oracle EBS SCM Functional 

NP – Immediate to 30 days max   

•       Mandatory Modules: Inventory, Purchase Order, Order Management. 

•       Skill: Oracle Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant 

•       Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM 11i & R12 with good English (Written + Verbal) communication skills, team player, ready to travel / relocate & available at short notice. 

•       Should have extensively worked on Oracle EBS Support/implementation/upgrade Projects should be aware of the solution design, documentation, and AIM/OUM methodology. 

•       Expertise in Modules OM, Purchasing, Inventory.  

•       Industry experience in Supply Chain Industry will be an added advantage. 

•       Ready to work in Shifts by rotation if required.
