We are looking for a GenAI-native Learning Builder who can create engaging Grades 6–12 Science and Math content for learners and teachers. This role blends strong curriculum understanding with hands-on use of Generative AI to produce explanations, worked examples, practice material, and assessments. You will also build GenAI Content Playbooks consisting of reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and quality checks to enable consistent content generation at scale. Additionally, you will prototype simple interactive simulations and visualizations using code to make concepts intuitive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality and engaging K–12 Science and Math learning content aligned with Indian curricula, incorporating common misconceptions and clear learning scaffolding.
• Use Generative AI tools to draft and iterate concept explanations, micro-lessons, worked examples, question banks, and assessments across different difficulty levels.
• Build GenAI Content Playbooks including reusable prompt frameworks, content blueprints, templates, rubrics, and quality checklists to enable scalable and consistent content generation.
• Prototype and create simple interactive simulations and visualizations to explain concepts effectively.
• Review and validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, clarity, grade-level suitability, and correctness of solutions, and continuously improve playbooks based on feedback.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and engineers to integrate content and playbooks into production pipelines and tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with K–12 Science and/or Math curriculum.
• Proven ability to create student-friendly explanations and practice material that promote conceptual understanding rather than rote learning.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI for educational content creation, iteration, and refinement.
• Ability to design repeatable GenAI Content Playbooks combining prompt frameworks, templates, and quality control processes.
• Comfort with coding sufficient to build basic learning interactives using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail, especially for correctness in math and science content.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with structured item writing approaches such as Bloom’s taxonomy, misconception targeting, difficulty calibration, and tagging.
• Familiarity with tools and workflows such as Markdown, LaTeX for mathematical content, Google Docs or Sheets, and content QA pipelines.
• Experience building interactive visualizations using tools such as p5.js, D3.js, Desmos or GeoGebra scripting, React, or Jupyter widgets.
• Prior experience in ed-tech, curriculum publishing, teaching or coaching, or working with large-scale school programs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Passion for creating simple, intuitive, and delightful web / mobile user experiences
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to research and evaluate web and mobile frameworks and UI patterns
• Experience designing for multiple screen sizes, performance constraints, and varying network conditions
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with rapid iterations
• Ability to create and review high-level and detailed designs
• Strong focus on code quality, best practices, and maintainable code with solid unit test coverage

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6+ years of overall experience
• Strong hands-on experience with either React.js (or a similar frontend framework) or mobile app frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Strong inclination toward product ownership, with a focus on nurturing features based on how users actually use the product.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade web or mobile applications
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming, design, and development
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, and memory management
• Proficiency in Dart / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience consuming REST APIs and handling JSON
• Experience with responsive layouts and adaptive UI design
• Familiarity with UI patterns related to security, performance, and usability
• Experience using Git and mobile build/release pipelines

Good to Have:

• Experience with native mobile development (Android / iOS)
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps and app store deployments
• Experience working in distributed and Agile teams
• Performance optimization for scalable mobile applications
• Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Experience creating or maintaining mobile UI documentation or component libraries
