Job Description: We are looking for a Junior KAM with experience in handling key accounts and developing new business for our company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by

the prospect of growing with the company in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.

Responsibilities:

● Handling Key Accounts and nurturing Business Relationships.

● Brand Life Cycle Planning & Management.

● Sales, Upselling & Cross-Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO,

Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.

● Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

● Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

● Plan and execute projects end to end (Starting from briefs to reports to billing).

Strong Engineering Manager / Technical Leadership Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 9+ years of experience in software engineering with experience building complex, large-scale products

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead with people management responsibilities

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in Java (or equivalent compiled language), scripting languages, web technologies, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Proven ability to solve large-scale technical problems and guide teams on architecture, design, quality, and best practices

Mandatory (Leadership & Delivery): Experience in leading cross-functional teams, planning and tracking delivery, mentoring engineers, conducting performance reviews, and driving engineering excellence

Mandatory (Collaboration): Must have strong experience working with Product Managers, UX designers, QA, and other cross-functional partners

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.

• Experience with Swift, Swift UI, Unit test.

• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for IOS. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strongest for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of network connections, Rest API's and scheduling. Strong knowledge about security standards (e.g. HTTPS) and privacy standards.

• Idea/experience of the unit and instrumentation testing in IOS. Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.

• Excellent code data knowledge, socket programming & debugging skills.

This position will be responsible to consult with clients and propose architectural solutions to help move & improve infra from on-premise to cloud or help optimize cloud spend from one public cloud to the other.

1. Be the first one to experiment on new-age cloud offerings, help define the best practice as a thought leader for cloud, automation & Dev-Ops, be a solution visionary and technology expert across multiple channels.
2. Continually augment skills and learn new tech as the technology and client needs evolve
3. Use your experience in the Google cloud platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure to build hybrid-cloud solutions for customers.
4. Provide leadership to project teams, and facilitate the definition of project deliverables around core Cloud-based technology and methods.
5. Define tracking mechanisms and ensure IT standards and methodology are met; deliver quality results.
6. Participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, code, and other artifacts

1. Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. However there is no way to locate you otherwise. So unfortunately we might have to look for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from a reputed institute or you should be programming from 12. And the latter is better. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner. Not just degree, but we are not too thrilled by tech certifications too ... :)
2. To reiterate: Passion to tech-awesome, insatiable desire to learn the latest of the new-age cloud tech, highly analytical aptitude and a strong ‘desire to deliver’ outlives those fancy degrees!
3. 3-8 years of experience with hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP) and IT operational experience in a global enterprise environment.
4. Good analytical, communication, problem solving, and learning skills.
5. Knowledge on programming against cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and lean development methodologies.
