As a Research Associate, you will draw from a broad pool of experts including premier thought-leaders from around the world and recruit the most relevant experts for our clients' research projects. You will be expected to monitor industry news, identify market trends, and establish valuable professional relationships with senior-level industry professionals. 

Responsibilities

• As a Research Associate, you will focus on identifying and reaching out to topprofessionals who can provide industry insight and knowledge to our clients. 

• You will elucidate the mission and business model of Insight Alpha to industry professionals and recruit them for Association of Industry Leaders (AIL). 

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking between various projects. 

• Grow the India/ Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders on a strategic/tactical mode, using recruiting campaigns, leveraging industry and professional lists, trade and business associations, referrals and other relationships. 

• Co-ordinate with client-facing Research Managers /Analysts/ Project leaders to gauge clients' needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests for our clients by analyzing client inquiries. 

Requirements

• The successful candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in primary executive research or knowledge management.

• Post Graduate Degree/Graduate Degree required.

• Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.).

• Good command over English language.

• Successful track record of working in a team environment. 

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy andattention to detail.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
• Candidates with good experience with SDLC
• Over all 10 years of Experience is mandatory
• Minimum 6+ years of hard core JAVA coding experience is mandatory
• 2 years of PM experience is mandatory
• Knowledge on AWS or any other cloud technology is desirable.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Overall Responsibility in delivering quality projects and products as per the BRD within the specified time line. Should be able to lead/handle a team to write and test code effectively and must work with business owners overseas. Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/or testing phases. Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary. Work cross-functionally across teams to solve problems and implement changes. Follow defined, agreed upon project management plans.

• Developing a software project plan. • Ensure that projects follow the project plan and is accountable for timely delivery of all projects. • Determining the methodology used in the project. • Establishing a project schedule and determining each phase. • Providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Job Description:-

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, ensuring scalability and reliability of cloud resources.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, facilitating faster and more reliable releases.

Configuration Management: Manage and automate server configurations using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet, ensuring consistency and compliance across environments.

Monitoring and Logging: Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack) to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within the AWS infrastructure.

Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., AWS IAM, Security Groups) to protect data and resources. Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.

The Successful Applicant

AWS Proficiency: Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification is a plus.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in writing and maintaining infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar technologies.

CI/CD Tools: Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or AWS CodePipeline. Ability to configure and optimize automated build and deployment pipelines.

Containerization: Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes in AWS.

Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automating tasks and managing infrastructure.

Monitoring and Logging Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.

Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of AWS security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Networking: Knowledge of AWS networking concepts, VPC, and routing. Experience with VPNs, Direct Connect, and other networking technologies is a plus.

Database Administration: Basic knowledge of database administration on AWS, including RDS, DynamoDB, or Aurora.

Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information effectively.

You will be responsible for:

• Assist in the content marketing program and leads generated from the program
• Assist in the execution of the content marketing program. Program Manage development of engaging content for Blogs, Whitepapers, How-to's, Videos, Website, Podcasts to help customers understand the Phyllo Platform.
• Manage promotion of the content marketing program initially through organic channels
• Research industry trends, reports and keywords to talk about interesting topics in the industry.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Product Teams to design content briefs
• Test and optimize messaging, copy and creatives for website, blog, and other mediums of content.
• Improve website performance focusing on keywords and creating SEO-friendly content

You will be responsible for owning the leads coming from the content marketing program and the subsequent monthly, quarterly and annual targets associated with it.

• Research and identify new industry trends that will feed into the content strategy.
• Work with internal teams to understand the challenges faced by Phyllo’s customer to further design the content strategy
• Work with freelancers and agencies to esure quality and timeliness of content
• Design the ongoing content and publishing calendar for Phyllo across all owned channels - blogs, case studies, guides, podcasts and social media.
• Execute and scale the content strategy by either scaling the team internally or working through partners.
• Collaborate with internal experts from business and product teams on the content to make it more relevant to the market.
• Identify ways to promote the content for generation of leads
• Work with teams to optimise the quality and relevancy of leads through content
• Optimise content for SEO, monitor page rankings and quality of visitors
• Integrate the campaign leads and marketing signal back into Phyllo’s CRM

We are looking for someone with:

• 2-4 years of experience for running successful content marketing programs for B2B SaaS companies
• Any experience in the API / Developer Tool company is an added advantage
• Any experience with creator economy, either as a creator or marketing to creators is an added advantage
• Demonstrated creative thinking to come up with interesting campaign ideas by understanding of customers and their behavior
• Experience in integrating content marketing campaigns with CRM

About the role:

We are currently building an exciting multi-category, digital first, direct to consumer, commerce business for couple of new brands in Food & Fashion category. The Engineering Team forms the backbone of our ecommerce business. We build and iterate over our core platform that handles orders, payments, delivery promises, order tracking & logistics integrations.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its development across web, mobile and in-store devices. You will be responsible to work closely with business leaders to understand the developer needs and device solutions through developer tools and services. The role incumbent will be managing a team of in-house & outsourced developers and will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, project delivery and maintenance of systems developed in-house. The incumbent will also be driving technology innovation with integrations and external partners to fully leverage the latest solutions and technologies for servicing the organization needs. This role will report to the Director-Engineering.

Location: Mumbai based preferably. We can also consider Bangalore based candidates.

Responsibilities:

Your core responsibilities will include Technical Guidance, Execution, Delivery & Team Management. You will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality solutions that have immediate business impact.

• Ownership of engineering features and components from concept, design, development & deployment
• Participate in the solution architecting, enterprise interface design and integration.
• Work with users to understand requirements, design scalable and efficient technology solutions.
• Manage multiple projects across a wide breadth of technologies, coordinate dependencies, and interactions with other internal teams and external partners.

• Communicate cross-functionally, collaborate with Business teams, Product managers, engineers and QA to plan, own and deliver solutions on time.
• Ensure teams follow best practices regarding coding standards, code reviews, and testing. Responsible for code quality, review & release strategy.

• Define and drive development team priorities and ensure delivery through in-house and vendor development teams.

• Keep tab of latest technology trends and leverage it for improvements/changes in current setup to increase efficiency, reduce maintenance cost and time to market.

• Publish regular reports of activities and highlight potential risks. 
• Attract, hire, retain, motivate and mentor engineering team resources.

Required Qualification, Experience & skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 6-8 years of overall developer experience with a minimum 12-18 months in the GoLang toolkit – very familiar with all the frameworks and tools needed to manage and further build an end to end ecommerce platform in GoLang
• Prior experience in managing a team of min 4-6 engineers
• Hands-on management with deep-dive into the details of software design, implementation and debugging

• Experience of implementing Agile, Scrum & Iterative processes

• Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
• Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, typically ranging from Web development, Mobile app development, AWS, machine learning, large scale data platforms, service oriented architecture, distributed systems design, android platform, front-end user interfaces, databases etc.
