WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead Brand Marketing, Strategy, Content and Communication for existing and new brands
• Creating Brand positioning and differentiation strategies, generating brand anticipation and planning Brand launch keeping in mind the key insights gained from customer and competitor analysis
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, category, product planning and go-to-market execution plans
• Accountable to lead marketing campaigns, content, understanding the brand well, and integrating the brand communication across all channels
• Own and drive social media presence for the brand
• Develop & conduct marketing campaigns to increase traffic & conversion
• Create & deliver ambitious growth plans for the brand's D2C platforms and take onus of D2C business delivery.
• Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook, Google etc, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
• Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives.
• Responsible for customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy for scaling up revenue.
• Plan and deliver on retention targets within time and budget with focus on key channels such as Email, SMS & Push Notifications.
• Work closely on increase conversions, cross-sell, and drive platform specific influencer activities, and focus on upselling to increase the customer engagement via multiple digital channels.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• 7-10 years business and / or marketing experience in relevant start-up/ e-commerce/ D2C/FMCG organizations handling a large brand or 2/3 independent brands.
• Experience working for multiple brands at a time
• Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness
• Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
• Experience in managing digital first brands both from width & depth point of view
• Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment
• Experience in creating end to end online customer journey

The Incumbent will:  Be the key person accountable for Project Delivery- managing end to end delivery of high quality projects, meeting all required functionality, within allocated schedule and budget.  Managing the team assigned to deliver projects and achieve assigned project goals.  Be responsible to ensure continued customer delight.

 Own the entire delivery of assigned projects.  Responsible for managing multiple projects involving 15-20-member team consisting of middle layer (PL/GL/TL) and the teams under them.  Responsible for the end to end delivery; ensuring that Project Delivery Metrics are controlled throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking project requirements and implementation throughout different phases.  Participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads; review contracts, carry out risk analysis and mitigation exercises and update the Management on the same.  Project managers should have strong business management, budgeting and analytical skills.  Review and ensure the preparation of the following: ▪ System Architecture ▪ External Specifications & Internal Specifications ▪ Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan and Project plan ▪ Technical Documentation ▪ Weekly status updates to all stakeholders  Ensure process and system compliances in the projects.  Exhibit excellent escalation management skills, internal or external.  Manage FPP (Fixed Price Project) & T&M (Time & Material) projects on diverse functional domains  Coordinate, communicate with the client on project related matters.  Coach/ mentor the members in the project and provide necessary support to them.  Performance appraisal/ counselling of the group members.  Evaluate training needs (technical, managerial) and get the required training programs implemented.  Ensure project compliance with Company's Quality Systems and Procedures.

 The incumbent must be B.E/B. Tech. -CS/ IT/ MCA, M.Tech from a reputed institute, with 10-12 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.  Knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry, such as OOP’s, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web Based S/W  Good experience on Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Oracle/SQL, planning, budgeting & QA  PMP or PMI certification is desirable. Domain knowledge of BFSI practices is an advantage.  Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.  Advanced knowledge of system integration issues and Data Analysis  Understanding the company’s vision and goals, business operations and market.  Is adept in stakeholder management and possess the ability to coordinate and prioritize customer requests with the assistance of other managers to ensure customer delight.  Possess good people management skills and is able to manage performance and disciplinary issues, handle employee complaints and grievances and recommend the hiring, termination and promotion of staff; Should be able to train, mentor, motivate and lead a successful team. Should be well versed with attrition related issues and case management.  Should have: Strong leadership abilities, self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal and written communication & presentation skills, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness and diplomacy, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and team work. Responsibilities

·       Having E2E responsibility for Azure landscape of our customers

·       Managing to code release and operational tasks within a global team with a focus on automation, maintainability, security and customer satisfaction

·       Make usage of CI/CD framework to rapidly support lifecycle management of the platform

·       Acting as L2-L3 support for incidents, problems and service request

·       Work with various Atos and 3rd party teams to resolve incidents and implement changes

·       Implement and drive automation and self-healing solutions to reduce toil

·       Enhance error budgets and hands on design and development of solutions to address reliability issues and/or risks

·       Support ITSM processes and collaborate with service management representatives

Job Requirements

·       Azure Associate certification or equivalent knowledge level

·       5+ years of professional experience

·       Experience with Terraform and/or native Azure automation

·       Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and toolset (i.e. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git)

·       Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever changing environment

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues

·       Understanding of Agile development and SCRUM concepts a plus

·       Experience with Kubernetes architecture and tools a plus
