Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer and Animator to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and designing high-quality visual content for a range of media platforms, including social media, website, and print media. This role will require advanced skills in graphic design, animation, and video editing.

Responsibilities:- 

• Develop and execute creative concepts for various media platforms, including social media, website, and print media
• Create and design visual content, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, infographics, and animations
• Produce video content, including storyboard creation, video editing, and motion graphics design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content teams, to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards and messaging
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and animation trends and technologies
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Knowledge of Colour Layout, Palette, and Graphic Designing
• Handling a team

Requirements & Skills:-

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, and video editing
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of 2-3 individuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and animation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

2. Develop standard UI components and style guides
3. Build wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize design
4. Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design
5. Taking design briefs to understand requirements
6. Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders
7. Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications
8. Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies
9. Conduct, observe and analyze usability testing sessions
10. Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites
11. Develop consistent, intuitive architectures
12. Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented in the coded version as intended
13. Determine timeline and deliverables
14. Evaluate and set best practices and standards
15. Work with UI managers and team to define user flows and sitemaps
16. Measure the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
17. Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs
18. Work with frontend and backend developers as needed

• Ensure User Empathy team-wide designing and evolving products and solutions
• Define and use a representative modern style for all product UI/UX.
• Create compelling solutions that move the company forward by delivering high user satisfaction
• Define goals aligned with product requirements, business needs, and customer Research and can set direction for design team based on these goals
• Create user flow diagrams outlining optimized “happy path”, secondary use cases and edge cases
• Create Detailed wireframes for user flows (from lo-fi to hi-fi as you progress through the process) and go through rounds of A/B testing
• Design mid to high-fidelity prototypes for testing
• Collaborate with the product managers and the developers in Agile development teams What You'll Need
• Curiosity and an inclination to solve complex user and design problems
• Experience on advanced technology applications
• Nice to have experience on MS Teams application design
• Experience working from conception to validation of major product features, leveraging a variety of UX methods to inform your approach Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in product design or a combination of education and experience in this field
• 3+ years working directly with design systems in both web and mobile system design
• 2+ years of Advanced knowledge on Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch/Azure RP/Illustrator/Photoshop
• Experience with modern UI standards (accessibility, responsive design, animation, performance)
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working with GSuite/Jira/Confluence
• A portfolio of strong interaction design, design systems, and product design work

• Creating user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback 
• Creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes with tools such as Figma to showcase features 
• Collaborating with developers in seeing designs through to implementation 
• Incorporating customer feedback into design in order to enhance user experience 
• And lastly, showcasing UX and visual design work with strong design sense and articulated story telling 

Key Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer  
• Portfolio of design projects 
• Understanding of design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 
• UX research skills - interviewing, observing, benchmarking, conducting surveys and understanding how to synthesize data to define actionable insights 
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

4. Must know how to use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.

5. Must have basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.

6. Graphic design major preferred.

7. Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

8. Strong creative and analytical skills.

9. Compelling portfolio of graphic design work.

The individual will be the go-to person for developing concepts, graphics and creating an appropriate design language for the brands. Creating visual elements to deliver the communication efficiently and aesthetically pleasing manner would be needed the most.

•  Coordinate with the account managers to discuss the brand requirements.
•  Get a detailed brief to interpret the client’s needs and develop a creative concept that suits their purpose.
•  Creating drafts of design with the briefs available and through data research.
•  Presenting final output of creative concepts to the account managers.
•  Working with a wide range of media tools and software.
•  Working as a part of team with account leads, copy writers, technical dept. and of course the design team.
•  Updated with current fashion of design trends, application packages, visual arts, time limits and anything that impacts the design.
•  Creating design layouts and concepts as per layout principles and design concepts.
