About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead – AI who combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing AI architectures, leading development teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide engineers, solve complex AI problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions and intelligent automation systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AI engineers and developers.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical evaluations.
• Ensure adoption of best practices in AI model development, testing, and deployment.

AI Solution Development:

• Design and implement machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models.
• Develop AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, recommendation engines, NLP systems, and predictive analytics models.
• Work on LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, and AI workflow automation.
• Build scalable AI APIs and production-ready AI systems.

Innovation & Research:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance AI capabilities within the organization.
• Contribute to internal AI initiatives and innovation projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
• Proven experience building production-level AI applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, Llama Index, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience building AI APIs and integrating AI into applications.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Hands on knowledge of Full Stack Development.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-centric AI Consultant/AI Adoption Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a vital link between our clients' strategic objectives and the transformative power of AI. You'll primarily focus on understanding their needs, scoping opportunities, and architecting actionable AI roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to apply AI.
• Assess client requirements and prepare solution strategies using AI tools and methodologies.
• Work with internal teams to design, propose, and help execute AI-powered solutions.
• Provide AI-based recommendations that align with the client’s business objectives.
• Communicate technical possibilities in a business-friendly manner to decision-makers.
• Take ownership of the client journey from discovery to implementation and support.
• Stay updated with AI trends, tools, and real-world use cases that can benefit clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ Years of hands on experience into Custom AI Development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in roles like Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager, preferably in a service-based company or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, trends, and tools (e.g., NLP, ML, Chatbots, Automation, native cloud technologies).
•  Some hands-on experience in AI projects – either through execution, coordination, or implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•  Strong problem-solving mind set with the ability to translate business needs into AI opportunities.
• Flexible to work with international clients, especially in the US time zone as needed.

• 3+ years of Experience majoring in applying AI/ML/ NLP / deep learning / data-driven statistical analysis & modelling solutions.
• Programming skills in Python, knowledge in Statistics.
• Hands-on experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (regression, decision trees/random forest, neural networks, feature selection/reduction, clustering, parameter tuning, etc.). Familiarity with reinforcement learning is highly desirable.
• Experience in the financial domain and familiarity with financial models are highly desirable.
• Experience in image processing and computer vision.
• Experience working with building data pipelines.
• Good understanding of Data preparation, Model planning, Model training, Model validation, Model deployment and performance tuning.
• Should have hands on experience with some of these methods: Regression, Decision Trees,CART, Random Forest, Boosting, Evolutionary Programming, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, Ensemble Methods, Association Rules, Principal Component Analysis, Clustering, ArtificiAl Intelligence
• Should have experience in using larger data sets using Postgres Database.
