Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to bridge the gap between complex information and engaging learning experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of both traditional and e-learning programs, leveraging ADDIE/SAM frameworks and cutting-edge multimedia tools to drive learner performance for our global enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis: Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) with SMEs and business leaders to define clear learning objectives.
- Curriculum & Content Design: Develop comprehensive course structures, storyboards, and interactive modules for LMS/LXP platforms.
- Multimedia Development: Integrate videos, simulations, gamification, and AI-driven content to enhance knowledge retention.
- Tech Integration: Ensure all content is mobile-responsive and compliant with SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct pilot testing and gather stakeholder feedback to iterate and improve course effectiveness.
- Accessibility: Apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to ensure inclusivity for all learners.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in Instructional Design or Educational Content Development.
- The Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Story line, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Frameworks: Mastery of Bloom’s Taxonomy and the ADDIE/SAM models.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating e-learning modules, interactive guides, and assessment designs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. (Certifications like ATD are a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of the business development and sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Qualify leads and prospects based on company criteria.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.

Our requirements for consultants include
- Impeccable communication skills, sales background in Ed-tech or education.
- Availability to join immediately or within 30 days of offer release.
- proof of incentive/salary slips and minimum 3 referrals from past organizations.
- The role requires working from the office in Gurgaon, with a 6-day workweek and 9 hours daily from 10 am to 7 pm, with only Sunday off.
