We’re now looking for a smart, curious, and proactive Business Development & Sales Associate to help us expand our reach and build relationships with enterprise clients, research institutions, and innovative science-led companies.


We would prefer if you are based in the NCR region, and should be open to occasional travel.


What You’ll Do

  • Enterprise Outreach: Identify and approach R&D and manufacturing companies (chemicals, coatings, polymers, pharma, packaging, etc.) to introduce bodh scientific.
  • Lead Generation: Research and connect with decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of R&D, Innovation Managers) through email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Schedule demos, maintain CRM updates, and support founders in proposal and follow-up communication.
  • Product Demos & Presentations: Learn and demonstrate the product value proposition in simple, impactful language.
  • Social Media & Marketing Support:
  • Help run outreach campaigns and webinars.
  • Assist in drafting short posts or content ideas for LinkedIn and email marketing.
  • Event & Conference Support: Represent the company at expos, academic events, and online workshops.


What We’re Looking For

  • You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering (Chemistry, Material Science, Life Sciences preferred). We would also prefer experience/education in a commerce/business stream. 
  • Strong curiosity about AI and R&D, interested in how AI transforms research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) 
  • Comfort with LinkedIn, CRM tools (HubSpot/Apollo), and outreach platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute independently.
