We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and related hardware peripherals. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on technical abilities, excellent hardware troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Diagnosis & Repair: Diagnose electronic and hardware faults, repair chip-level/board-level issues, and replace faulty components (motherboards, displays, keyboards, hinges, RAM, storage drives, and batteries).
• System Assembly & Configuration: Disassemble and reassemble laptops/desktops efficiently. Perform hardware upgrades and component replacements.
• Software & OS Setup: Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), system drivers, essential software, and anti-virus applications.
• Testing & Quality Checks: Conduct thorough post-repair quality control (QC) testing to ensure hardware stability, performance, and functionality before returning devices to clients or inventory.
• Basic Network & Peripheral Support: Troubleshoot basic connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN) and assist with peripheral setups (printers, external displays).
• Documentation & Inventory: Maintain accurate logs of repair work, parts used, and technical notes. Help monitor hardware inventory and stock levels.

Requirements & Skills

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of laptop architecture, internal hardware components, micro-soldering, and electronics basics.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to systematically identify hardware vs. software failures under pressure.
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in laptop repair, hardware assembly, and diagnostics.
• Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, ITI in Electronics, Diploma in Hardware & Networking, or equivalent technical certifications.
• Soft Skills: Good time management, high attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualification: 10+2+Hardware Course and Networking Course/ Graduate with Hardware and Networking Course, Core Hardware, and Networking Profile field profile.

Communication: Average English and good at Hindi or Local Language

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore

Package: INR 19000 – 21000 CTC Per Month Plus Conveyance as per Policy + Insurance

Experience:

• 1 + yrs (Trouble shoot card level hardware issues related to Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers and other accessories)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Field Engineer is a role of on-site technical support, troubleshooting and support to corporate and retail clients.

• This role is critical for ensuring that the organization's end-users have great experience with brand representative.

• The field engineer will visit PUDO Centre twice in a day – to collect hardware part as per the calls for the day and in the evening to deposit back the collected part from the client to drop back to PUDO. Field engineer will be responsible for successfully closing the allocated calls for the day.

• MUST know laptop repairs for all BRANDS and Close Tickets successfully

Must Have:

• 2-wheeler with a valid license.

• Open for field profile.

• Configure assets as per their compliance applications.
• Does Hardware and software related troubleshooting.
• Addressing Application related concerns via a remote tool
• Address escalation and priority concerns (VIP users) 
• Trouble shooting on all kind of desktop calls. 
• Configuring network services such as LAN. Win proxy & DNS services. 
• Installation & Troubleshooting of printer calls. 
• Configuration of MS Outlook, Outlook Express & solving related problems on user systems.  
• Installing & configuring different Windows based Application Software’s. 
• Configuring and troubleshooting for RDP.  
• Installing & configuring client system to the domain. 
• Installing, Configuring, Monitoring & troubleshooting network printers & solving related problems on user systems. 
• User profile management. 
• Remote configuring enables the Remote Desktop on the host PC and add/enable Remote Desktop users.
